I remember reading the my first Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff book back in ’98 I believe. And while I enjoyed it and it definitely left an impression, the truth is I was still on the young side back then and never truly put into practice the information from the book, at least not for long. Now all these years later I’ve gotten the chance to read Don't Sweat the Small Stuff Every Day: 365 simple ways to live a life you love. The contents of this book seem to have been cultivated from all the various Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff books and it is set up in a way that you’d read one chapter a day, delivering an easy to understand tidbit to help you improve various facets of your life. Of course I don’t know that many people will stick to only one chapter a day. I certainly didn’t, lol. While I had already read much of the information in this book from reading previous books int he series, all of it was still relevant and now that I’m older certainly more impactful. And I believe if you stick with them information/lessons from this book, taking them to heart, they very well may help you life a more fulling life. Now that I have read it, I intended to read it again over the next year, going through it a chapter a day starting in the new year. Thanks so much to the publisher and NetGalley for allowing me access to an ARC of this book.

It’s been years since I have read a Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff book, so I was excited to get an ARC of the newest book to come out. It was nice to revisit the premise of the books. You can read one chapter a day or read several a day- it won’t take away from the message. Thank you Hachette and NetGalley for the Advanced Reader Copy!
A good quick read with many useful suggestions.
I used to enjoy these books and it’s nice they are still releasing new ones.
There are a number of "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff" books, so it's likely that you have heard of or read one in the past. As expected, it is a quick, encouraging read. You could read one entry a day or, if you are like me, read multiple entries in one day. While there is not anything necessarily new here, they are still good truths to remember.
Don't sweat the small stuff is a blast from my past. I used to have a bunch of these when I was younger. It was great to come back to a new version.
There are several different Don't Sweat the Small Stuff titles by this author available and chances are you've seen or read one of them.
This title, as do the others, offers short entries on a wide variety of topics. Most likely, you've heard the ideas before, but the truth is, sometimes we just need reminded of what we already know but perhaps have stopped practicing.
Easy to read, this little book can help you regain perspective on parts of your life that may have wandered off track.
My thanks to Hachette Go for allowing me access to a digital review copy of this title via NetGalley. Publication is 12/3/24. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this review are my own and are freely given.
Loved this one! Great and fun read. Highly recommend.
Many thanks to the publisher, Netgalley, and the author for my ARC.
