I had previously read this webtoon and enjoyed it a lot so I was happy to reread and review it. Your Letter is a series about Sori Lee who transfers to a new school due to bullying issues at her previous school. She finds a mysterious letter in her school desk and is taken on a journey to find its sender. She ends up teaming up with another classmate who knew the desk's previous owner. This story has great artwork and lyrical writing that keeps the audience intrigued. I remember speeding through this when I first read it and I did it again when rereading it. I noticed the little details on this reread and I still found the friendships in this to be endearing and wholesome. I highly recommend checking this out on the publication date especially if you like mysteries and slice-of-life stories.

This was absolutely gorgeous, the art style is expressive and stunning !!! The story had me hooked and sobbing sm in sm places !!! I love our three main characters, and it was sweet the way sori's backstory connected to the one who had written the letters, and it made me so happy to see them all reunite in the end.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning artwork and beautiful story telling. As you follow the main characters in their quest to find letters left behind, you become so connected with them and the soul of the letters. What I appreciate most was that this story has such a strong message against bullying and emphasizing the importance of kindness however small or large.

What a great read. The art style is beautiful and the characters are wonderful. I'll definitely be picking up a copy of this once it's out.

Such a cool graphic novel about students finding belonging, standing up to bullying, and friendship in the midst of transitions. Not to give anything away for the ending, but very glad it ended this way and not another possibility. The drawings are absolutely beautiful and well done! So glad the book got translated to English.

This is STUNNING. Beautiful cover and beautiful work throughout this manwha book. The story made me feel all sorts of emotions through heartache and happiness and anything in between.

This is a selection I would be recommending to fellow friends and readers. I’m an avid social justice advocate and the message throughout this story hit me in my heart.

Reading that it was originally a webtoon being published is wonderful. I hope there is an anime special created from this as I would support/ watch that as well.

When someone is reading this prepare to cry and get in a rollercoaster of emotions as you journey with these characters through life, struggles, connections, and some mystery.

No doubt, this manhwa deserved a solid 5 stars. The story, plot, characters, and illustrations are great. I cried out of happiness by the end of this book. I don't want to talk too much, afraid of accidentally spoiling it. But I want to recommend this manhwa if you love heartwarming friendship stories.

I must admit that I had a lot of fun searching for these mysterious letters together with the protagonists.
And it was very touching and moving.
A sweet and decidedly important story, with a very bitter aftertaste.

I recommend reading it because it makes you think about many things.

AAAH! This was so sweet. Your letter by Hyeon A. Cho is one of the best graphic novels I have read this year. It was wholesome and adorable and surprisingly sad. I almost cried nearing the end. This is about a girl named Sori who transfers schools due to bullying and finds a letter taped to her new desk, leading her ona scavenger hunt to find the author of the letter and teams up with a new classmate to do so. The three main chracters were very cute and friends that I would like to have. The artstyle was just as cute too. I will definately be picking up a physical copy of this when it releases and looking out for more books from this author.

The illustrations in here are beautiful, and the space on each page is expertly used. I thoroughly enjoyed this tale of a scavenger hunt for a new middle school student. It’s utterly charming and heartwarming. I love the message about standing up against injustice. It’s a fast read and well worth your time.

This is an unassuming gem of a read. While I was intrigued by the initial premise of "girl who stood up for her bullied friend gets letters" and I am always up to read more manhwa titles, I did not expect the gentle and kind treasure hunt narrative that followed our lead to her new school. This is also a story about small joys and connections to other people. The bullying aspect pops up a few times, as our main character is not the only one who has ever been bullied in the story, but, they are small encounters rather than drawn out ones. This one is good! Read it!

This was pretty heartwarming. It kind of has a melancholic feel to it, but in the end it was pretty hopeful. I got drawn in by the cover art, and there were some very pretty backgrounds here and there. Overall the art is more simple and less colorful on the inside, but it's not bad at all.

I read this first as a webtoon and when I saw that it is being published as a book I got super excited!

"Your Letter" is a short, melancholy story about a girl named Sori Lee who decides to go to a new school because of bullying. At this new school she discovers letters left by a former student that helps her adjust to her new life. Along the way she befriends someone who knew the former letter writing student and they make a discovery that is monumental to the both of them.

The art style is beautiful and the story is touching. I cannot wait to buy the book when it is out!

WOW, what a fricking ride was this! I already had my eyes on this one thanks to anime/manga news + Twitter and I am so happy I got accepted on Netgalley to read this one early. Because this was stunning!

Meet Sori Lee, a girl with not the easiest past, she is trying to get acquainted with her new school but she has some serious trust issues (which I could fully understand). When she searches for a tissue she finds a letter instead and that leads her on a scavenger hunt throughout the school in which she meets a friend, learns all about school, her classmates, and more. I really loved Sori Lee, she was such a fun and sweet character and I loved seeing her open up more and more to her classmates and find her happiness. And I love also finding out more about her past, especially in the last part which is a vital piece of the puzzle. And yes, I am keeping it all vague, haha.  

We also meet Dongsoon, a grumpy-ish stand-offish boy who was sorta a friend (well OK, he may say no, but they were definitely friends) with Hyeon! At first I wasn't such a fan of him, but as the story continued and we saw more of him? I started to really like him and I was so happy when he started to open up and also went to help out with the letters. 

I just LOVED seeing how everything got together. How it was first seemingly an introduction for Sori Lee to her new school, but then it grew into a friendship with a friend from Hyeon along with them finding letters together, figuring clues out together, and then the last part in which revelations are made that had me crying, tearing up, and I just LOVED it. I hadn't expected it to go this deep. This far and I am just so happy. That last page (before the epilogue/extra bit), LOVE LOVE. But also so much tears! 

I am also so happy for Sori Lee that she was able to make happy memories at a new school in the place she used to live. From the beginning of the book we see that things were OK, until she choose to help out a friend from bullying. From that moment things just went all wrong. Leading to her friend transferring and Sori Lee also deciding to go because it was better. Throughout the book we do see Sori Lee wonder if she made the right decision. Was it really up to her to step up? Did she wound her friend by doing so? I love that we got a conclusion to that as well. It wasn't just a loose bit, no it got tied up and that also made me so emotional. 

The art was really gorgeous, I love the style, plus I love everything was in colour! 

I am not entirely sure how I felt about the added magical element, but it wasn't too much there so I didn't mind it entirely though it felt a bit weird in the kind of story we have. 

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the chapter titles. Going by those I expected a letter per chapter, but that is not how it works. I would have rather preferred the chapter names to be normal ones, this confused me!

Oh, and that bully dude? He can just fuck off. He did give some extra tension, plus he was fundamental in Dongsoon's backstory but still, he frustrated me too much. 

All in all, despite some confusion in regards to the chapters, this was a gorgeous, stunning, wonderful read and I loved meeting Sori and Dongsoon and see how they are connected to Hyeon! Be prepared to cry because it will get emotional!

i’ve always liked the idea of having letters in books. they usually turn out to be great and i can say the same about this one!

i loved everything — the plot, the characters, their friendship, how they look out for one another and their meeting in the end — everything!! ❤️
the artwork was also very calm and colourful ✨

Sori felt like a relatable character. i also can’t tolerate bullies and always take a stand but sometimes i also question whether or not i’m acting right. Sori had the same doubt. and then she read her friend’s letter and realised that looking after others is always right no matter what!!!! that was a very touching part of the story for me!!!

this book is going to stay with me for a long time.

I don't know where to begin to explain how this book made me feel. The narrative is beautiful, and the illustrations are simply breathtaking, they fit the story so well and the result it's art. Plus, it has a certain touch of mystery that I loved. And the epilogue?? Such an amazing detail, I loved everything about this reading experience! Would be looking forward to more of this author 🩵

this was a short + cute graphic novel about friendship and i thought the story was really charming. I didn't see the "twist" (if you could call it that) coming and i was surprised but happy with the very ending!

unfortunuately, my arc was really low quality (like, almost see the pixels quality) and there was a huge blue and yellow watermark in the center of every page, which made it really hard for me to appreciate the arc---which honestly was the main reason I picked this up in the first place, look at that cover! maybe this book will work as a paperback so i'm giving it the benefit of the doubt with four stars. but if every copy looked like this, i would be really sad :(

This is a cute and realistic story about a girl who stands up for a classmate which causes her to be bullied too. After the classmate she stood up for transfers out she also transfers schools. When she gets there she is scared of things happening again. Though someone left a letter under her desk, she goes on a hunt to find all of the letters and on the way she makes new and old friends alike.

This is probably my all time favourite webtoon. The characters, the pacing, the story and the drawing style... everything is STUNNING. It's just so, SO GOOD. Everyone needs to read this.

I loved this book so much! I did not stop once I started it, I needed to find out how it was going to end. I loved the story itself and thought was pacing was amazing for keeping you on edge the whole time.

I loved the characters, they were all so well done. It showed their faults and worries, and made them feel so real. Sori and Dongsoon both had so much character growth and I loved them so much.

I am not generally an emotional person, but this book made me cry. I really cannot put into words how amazing I found this book.
