Ultra 85 is a stream-of-consciousness science fiction novel told in current modern vernacular that does not fit the futuristic setting. I read this and really tried to get into it, but between Bonita, Atilla, and Thalia, I just couldn't. There is a market for this book, I'm sure, but it was not for me. Recommended if you wish Star Trek had an episode dedicated to movie references.
