my daughter absolutely loved finding Elmo on each page, the drawings were so bright and colourful and really captured her attention. She liked the rhyming and I liked the story that was being told teaching all kids important lessons in a fun manner.

Sesame Workshop always publishes the sweetest, kindest, most adorable picture books for little ones to learn from. This book teaches kids that Growth doesn't just mean "let's measure your height", it means Growth as a person too - by being kind, by not giving up when things are tough and by learning new things! The illustrations are colorful and show the world around them growing along with our friends from Sesame Street, with their help, of course, by planting and composting and caring for plants. The book ends with a lesson on sustainability that's perfectly explained so that our children can understand the concept, along with ideas for ways kids can make a difference too! It's wonderful to have a way to start that conversation with kids so that they know from an early age the importance of recycling, conservation and donating things we don't need anymore instead of throwing them away. I look forward to seeing families at our library borrow this book and will definitely be adding it to my list of "perfect gift books for kids"!

This heartwarming tale of growth and transformation captivated children's imagination, leading to enthusiastic requests for encore readings. The inclusion of Sesame Street's diverse characters was a notable strength. I plan to include this book in our home library and have it signed by teachers as my child advances through their education.

I will be SPRINTING to purchase this book when it comes out. Our household tries to stick to Bluey, Miss Rachel and Sesame Street for tv options, so my son will love seeing all of his favorite characters included in this book!

Even better is the text; I honest to baby jesus teared up. This is full of affirmations that are tailored a bit more toward parent/caregiver and child relationship vs solely about the child. I really enjoyed that. As a 90s baby I was fed a TON of "you can do anything you put your mind to" which is nice and all... But I like the idea of praising how they cheer up a sad friend, or keep trying even when they do fail.

I highly recommend this book!
