I enjoyed the different fashion styles of the characters. One of my favorite scenes was when Jugyeong goes through doing her makeup look.

I didn’t connect with this story as much as other recent reads. I think with the right audience, this will be wildly popular :)

This series is incredible! I absolutely love the progress of character development in this storyline! I will forever follow this love triangle!

True Beauty is just as cute as i remember! I love reading this volume now since I’m the same age as them so I understand that newfound feeling of being on the brink of finding your interests and nurturing your passions! This volume also brought back so many memories that I had, especially thoughts about how much it means to us when others say we're pretty inside and out.

So I’ve actually read these stories before on WebToon but I never finished it! I’m happy to see that there is an arc where Juggyeong gives Seojun a chance because like I said, we only like reformed bad boys here (blame Gossip Girl or Gilmore Girls for this one).

I do wish the Juggyeong has more confidence in herself and see that guys like Seojun can like her. Ahhhh, I can’t wait for Volume 6!!! 🥲🥰

I have been a fan of this series since I first started reading it, even though I was a little late to the game having never read the webtoon or watched the k-drama. It makes me appreciate the story even more because it's new and exciting and I have no clue what's going to happen or who she is going to end up with, even though I have a feeling it's going to be Suho. However, this volume gave me a lot of hope that she might end up with Seojun. (my preferred guy between the 2) I'm really enjoying this journey and I can't wait to read more of this series. It really makes me want to go and read the webtoon or watch the k-drama just to know what's going to happen. Can't wait for volume 6.

The only critique I have is that there are quite a few typos and some panels that aren't even translated, but I do understand this is an arc and this volume doesn't even come out until November so they have plenty of time to fix those problems.

I would like to thank Netgalley for providing the opportunity for me to read this manga before it is published. I've been reading each of these as they come out, and I just absolutely adore them. The story in this particular volume is one of my favorites. The second lead, Seojun, finally gets a chance with the main character. Because I adore Seojun, this part has been one of my favorites so far. Though I know what happens next, I am so excited to keep reading. Plus, the art style is so fantastic. It's a good mix of weird, realistic faces and beautiful, manga style drawings. I will read every single one of these. I also highly recommend them.

The story was a great coming of age and first real love story. The characters have to deal with family pressures as they try to figure out their feelings between each other. The copy was pretty pixelated, but I have no doubt that the published copy will be fantastic.

I absolutely love reading this webtoon. Plus, getting it's official english translation makes it more comfortable and amazing to read and enjoy it to the fullest. Starting from the protagonist of this series to the all characters of this webtoon, I absolutely loved each and every character.
The topic discussed in this series is serious yet love the way the author and illustrator choose such a fun and unique way to put down this series issue of beauty standards drawn by the society impacting the world of people living in it, starting from the young children to adults.

I finished volume 4 and binged volume 5 straight away 😂. A special thanks to NetGalley for enabling my binge reader here ahhaha! I loved how the subject matter got so much deeper in this one. It is more serious and sad - we are truly starting to feel for these characters. I also feel like Suho is finally starting to figure out what she truly wants out of life instead of just trying to live up to expectations. I already miss a certain character and I can't wait to see what happens when they come back... 👀

Second male lead syndrome. This is volume is hilarious, and is giving boys over flower vibes!!
I love how the guys have personalities and aren’t just stand offff.

Need fixing
The quality of the images was pixelated, could be done on purpose since this is an ARC copy.
Also page 32 the word list should be lost
Pages 118-121 have no text in the speech bubbles.

I really enjoy this story. I liked the show so I was excited to read the manga. The only
thing was they cut out a few parts and had words across the screen so it was kinda hard to actually read everything easily. Overall though it was cute and I can’t wait for volume 6.

I love, love, love True Beauty, I have been reading it from it's start on Webtoon. Every character is amazing, and you find yourself rooting for every character. Its a beautiful story about self acceptance and truly loving yourself as you are. The art and writing are truly breathtaking as well, and just get better as the story progresses. I cant reccomend this story enough.

To the publisher- That being said, the Kindle version is AWFUL. It's so hard to read, and nothing looks right. It wound up only having one or two panels per page with a ton of white space, and the dialogue didnt line up with the boxes. I would never buy the digital version of this if it looks like that.

Love how this story is progressing, in this book we get a bit of a time skip and get to see relationships end and some change. Our main character is still doing what she has been but is now more successful with it. This is a great slice of life Manga! I really love the art.

I absolutely loved this manga! I have not read many before this one and I was so happy to find this series. And I’m in love with the cover!

Loved it! Loved everything about it. The vibrancy of the pictures, the banter, the characters, the simple battle between WILL THEY or WONT THEY? This story is everything and I'm so glad it's coming to physical copies.

As always, I love this new installment in the True Beauty series.
I did notice a few typo’s as well as a few pages that were completely missing the dialogue ( pages 114 -117 were the worst)
All in all, I will definitely be buying this and recommending it to others

My heart! I love her and her crazy and I just want her to choose between the boys and Im so into her and her friend seojun! I love that I just came across this series and I have to read it every time I see it! I still hope she gets better with her self esteem and feels as pretty on the outside as the inside.

Goodness I love this series. I really enj0y getting to see where the books start and end. The characters are so well done, and seeing their growth is amazing.

The illustrations and text line up perfectly. You just disappear in the story. I can’t wait for the next one. Yet again another cliff hanger leaving me craving more. I am so invested in these characters.
