I would like to thank Netgalley, Steve Jaffe and Booksgosocial for the opportunity to read this book. It is a thinker. This is a must read book. It really makes you wonder if it is possible to happen in real life. The main character Grant Reynolds is excellent. He is very relatable. It is a can't put down story. It caught me from the beginning.
Realistic and scared me to my bones. Very intense drama and well paced. This book makes you think, and will keep you up at night. Thanks to Netgalley for the opportunity to read this book
Author Steve Jaffe takes us on an unexpected ride in The Invisible Terrorist. The best laid plans, and all of that. I found it entertaining but not quite the blockbuster the jacket promises. Thanks NetGalley for the ARC.
The author kept me involved up until the very last page. It's a heart pounding ride until the very last page.

This intense drama is a mix of shameful historical truth disguised as fiction, and real plausibility of current and future conflict and further deception. The publisher's blurb is a good hook and sets the stage for the rest of the story.
I requested and received a free temporary EARC from BooksGoSocial via NetGalley.
Incredible and utterly terrifying story that will keep you up nights.
Operation Genesis, a top-secret op which only a handful of high level
white House and govt officials know about is the new covert anti-terrorist tool
which is taking down known and perceived threats to the US. through a chemical weapon component.
through tips and contacts, investigator Grant Reynolds is made aware of what the program is as well as
the fact that the physicist who came up with both the chemical and the antidote are missing; along with
his family.
And a high level CIA agent, turned rogue is also missing.
Grant works feverishly to expose the program and its cover up as the govt works to stop him going public
with his story and to find the missing agent and his group of followers before a mass terrorist attack occurs.
Seems too far-fetched to ever happen yet at the same time, given AI and all of the rapid advancements in technology,
seems utterly believable and terrifyingly possible.
Great story with great characters and a flow that seamlessly goes back and forth between the reporter, the terrorist, the
CIA and the White House.
the White House
"The Invisible Terrorist" by Steve Jaffe is a heart-pounding thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The novel centers around Operation Genesis, a top-secret bio-chemical weapon intended to end the war on terror, which falls into the wrong hands. Rogue CIA operative Alija al-Assad plans to unleash this weapon on American soil, setting a chilling countdown to September 11th.
Jaffe's storytelling is sharp and relentless, weaving a narrative of suspense and intrigue. Investigative reporter Grant Reynolds' quest to uncover the truth and prevent a disaster adds depth to the plot, making it a compelling read. Fans of high-stakes thrillers will find this book hard to put down.
