I cannot agree with the title of this book enough. It is well written and honest the author offers a look at some very difficult experiences through a helpful and healing lens, and I am sure I will return this book often.

Reading this book marked my initial foray into the realm of restorative justice, and it proved to be an enlightening experience. Miller skillfully integrates compelling personal narratives from survivors of sexual assault with a thorough exploration of restorative justice principles. The book serves as an invaluable guide for applying restorative justice principles beyond the confines of the legal system. While the inclusion of additional personal stories would have further enriched the narrative, Clara's account provides a crucial cohesive element throughout the text. This book is an essential resource for professionals within faith communities and broader community contexts alike.
