This was a bubble gum romance, and it was enjoyable as a palette cleanser! It was easy to read, the romance was sweet, and I found myself rooting for them.

Absolutely loved the Year of Brides series. Deborah Raney is a great writer of Christian Fiction and this book was delightful. The messages sent back and forth between Arthur and Madeleine are so much fun especially since they have never met. What a wonderful story! I intend to read it again!

Such a short fun read! Found myself laughing out loud at parts. These characters are so endearing and will feel like dear friends at the end of the story.

If you are looking for a quick read and a sweet romance these novellas are for you. Each one in the Year of Weddings takes a couple hours to read. They are fun and light.
