Oh Bear, you sweet sweet thing. I really enjoyed this book, it was light hearted with enough intrigue to keep you going, I loved a little bit of mystery with my romance too.
The characters were well thought out and the base storyline worked well.
I would have loved this to be a dual POV, although the author did a great job of describing it from only one, I just would have loved to have been inside Bear’s head for a while, especially before the shower!!
A great read, would definitely recommend
Definitely up for a good royal romance and this perfectly fits the bill. The sexy groveling bodyguard doesn’t hurt either. So looking forward to sharing more thoughts and a full review on this soon,
I read this as an ARC on NetGalley
This book was a perfect combination of all of the things I love in a book. Royalty, a good story, an even better love story and spice! I could not read this fast enough and I honestly wanted more!
Liss finds out that she's the granddaughter of the king. She is happy that she will finally have a family but crashes with her bodyguard, Bear. They bicker and fall in love...
Love the chemistry between Liss and Bear. I like the steam and tension especially. It's quick paced and has an interesting plot. Love the Princess Diaries and The Bodyguard vibes. It's a fun and quick read. Really enjoy it.
Thanks to the publisher for the arc.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stars
"Regally Binding" by Rebecca Chase is a delightful and spicy romance novel .This book is a must-read for fans of contemporary romance, especially those who enjoy a mix of royal drama, forbidden love, and the enemies-to-lovers trope.
Liss is a relatable and endearing protagonist, an average twenty-something woman whose life is turned upside down when she discovers her royal lineage through a shocking televised announcement. Suddenly thrust into the spotlight, Liss must navigate the treacherous waters of paparazzi, royal duties, and even death threats.
However, the prospect of finding a family she never knew she had gives her hope and a sense of belonging she's longed for since her mother's passing.
Enter Bear, Liss's swoon-worthy bodyguard, who is tasked with keeping her safe amidst the chaos. Bear is a complex character, with his cheeky and grumpy exterior hiding a soft and caring heart. His dedication to Liss's safety is unwavering, but their constant bickering soon ignites into a sizzling chemistry that neither can deny.
The novel expertly balances the tension between Liss and Bear with the larger drama of Liss's royal claim. The forced proximity and the forbidden nature of their attraction add to the excitement and anticipation of their evolving relationship. Chase does an excellent job of developing the characters and their emotional journey, making their connection feel genuine and compelling.
"Regally Binding" is more than just a romance; it's a story about finding oneself, navigating through personal and public challenges, and the power of love and family. The novel also includes themes of anxiety representation, making it a relatable read for many.
The book is a fun and easy read, with plenty of spice and a well-crafted plot that keeps you engaged from the first page to the last.
In conclusion, "Regally Binding" is a captivating romance that combines royal intrigue with the intense dynamics of a bodyguard-client relationship.
Rebecca Chase has crafted a story that is both entertaining and emotionally resonant, making it a standout in the genre. Whether you're a sucker for royals, bodyguard romances, or just love a good enemies-to-lovers tale, this book is sure to satisfy.
Thank you to The Publisher Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op ,The Author Rebecca Chase & NetGalley for an advanced reader copy (ARC) in exchange for my honest review.
A fun and easy to read romance with plenty of spice! I’m a sucker for royals and bodyguard romances and this is both - it’s giving Princess Diaries meets The Royals. That said, I do wish there was a little more of the plot with Liss’ friends and new family. Overall though a solid and fun read.
Thanks NetGalley for the ARC!
If you're after a lazy Sunday or holiday read that has spice, forced proximity, brooding alpha male and a sassy FMC then I'd recommend this book. The blurb of the book gives away the story line and us dear readers get to see how Liss reacts to being a princess and having round the clock bodyguards- enter Bear.
So, whilst I enjoyed the book; I personally wanted more from the story. I wanted to feel more of a connection with Liss and her friends (I love a book that had really strong side characters where you then want to read their story) and her connection with her grandfather...the King. I felt this was skimmed and focused on Liss and Bear's relationship. I also found the main characters at times frustrating and I was rolling my eyes so loud and yet other times I laughed out loud at her wit.
Overall, a good read and thanks to the publishers for this ARC.
Review to Come
I love the cover design ❤️
The description peaked my interest…
This is a new author to me.
Thanks NetGalley for the ARC
I am always a sucker for a lost royal rom com read, and this one while it starts off bumpy is a very fun ride. There are the tropes of forced proximity (because he is one her bodyguards) and enemies to lovers, which you can completely see happening right off the bat. The vibes that Bear puts off right from the start set this whole relationship up for the hot flames that is it. They have chemistry in tons. The banter is a lot like Tessa Bailey's newer books if you are into that type of writing, just FYI, because I know it's a hit or miss for a lot of people so you should know before diving into this read. I would have loved to have had a couple chapters or even a blimp from Bear's POV in the story, that always adds more depth. The side characters add to the story, in different ways, some good and some not so good.
A fun summer vacation read, or rainy weekend, if you are looking for a let's just enjoy the ride vibe of reading.

This book was absolutely captivating. I did however wish we could have delved a bit more into Bear’s perspective, however, it was still enjoyable from Liss’s POV.
The addition of entertaining side characters, along with some less-than-savoury ones, added depth to the narrative. From working her regular job at a pub to suddenly being thrust into a world of bodyguards and royal revelations, Liss's journey is filled with attitude and determination. Bear, on the other hand, exudes intensity but reveals a softer side beneath his tough exterior. As the two face scary situations together, their bond deepens even further.
Readers who appreciate Tessa Bailey's style will find themselves drawn to this steamy romance novel, blending the charm of "The Princess Diaries" with the intrigue of "The Bodyguard," sprinkled with the irresistible allure of "Red, White and Royal Blue."
Thank you so much to NetGalley, Victory Editing NetGalley Co-Op, and the author, Rebecca Chase, for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest and fair review.
Wow! This book! It had me hooked. Maybe a little far fetched but still great. I laughed and cried. Liss and Bear were perfect. Bear made the story for me! I wish we could have had his POV but it was still good from just Liss’s. Add in some fun side characters, some not so good side characters and you have yourself a good book! Working her regular job at a pub to all of a sudden being protected by bodyguards and being told you are a royal! Liss has attitude and she doesn’t let much stop her. Bear is intense but you can tell he has a soft side. Some scary drama along the way makes the two even closer. Will Liss choose royal life or will she choose her own happiness with the man she learned to love in such a short time?
Thank you NetGalley for the Arc! I’m new to this author but I sure hope we have more!
