A cute book about a Panda that loves dancing Ballet but kind of freaks out when her ballet shoes go missing. And the adventure she goes on to find them.

This was a nice children's picture book about a panda very passionate about dancing. It was a sweet story with very vibrant illustrations. Nothing too entertaining or captivating though.

Dara The Dancing Panda is a sweet kids book about a panda who loves to dance, but then loses her shoes and feels discouraged. First of all let me say that my son LOVES all his shoes, so I'm sure he would love a story about searching for the all important shoes haha. The illustrations were vibrant and beautiful, the language was poetic, and I loved the message about perseverance and sharing the love and joy you have for a thing with others around you.

Dara the Panda is a dancer, but she loses her ballet shoes. She doesn’t give up her search and soon finds friends who search high and low to help her.

This was sweet I loved that she was very persistent and didn’t give in or give up for the thing she’d loved but lost. I also liked that as she searched everyone else came round to help her so she wasn’t alone anymore.

The illustrations were cute, very bright, very big, I’m sure that children reading would really love spending so much time looking at them, seeing all the beautiful land and the cute animals on each page.

A really nice and easy read, with a few good lessons and an adorable panda who loves ballet and gains some great friendships. Any child that really loves dancing would especially really enjoy this sweet story.

I loved the relationship between Dara and her mom, and the story’s overall message of never giving up. The story shows through Dara’s adventure the true value of being there for one another, and encourages the reader to keep going forward, even if everything seems impossible. The story wraps up beautifully, a perfect conclusion to a lovely story, leaving the reader’s heart full of joy as this gentle tale comes to a close.
The one and only complaint I had was that the deer really looked like a giraffe. Other than that, this is a flawless tale about the values of determination, friendship, and love, earning this masterpiece five out of five stars. A true work of art and literary excellence, this delightful tale is suitable for readers of all ages. Dara and the creatures of the enchanted forest are certain to touch the hearts of all who join their adventure in this gentle and beautiful book for children.

This is a cute little picture book. When Dara loses her dancing shoes, she doesn’t know where to look. Her friends all try to give her ideas of where to look.
Finally she finds them and dances the day and night away. Mama panda tucks her in, where she dreams of dancing some more. I would have liked to see a picture of the shoes where they belong in her bedroom. Maybe a reminder on “ a place for everything and everything in its place”
I’m going to try to load this on my old iPad so my granddaughter can read it. Probably take 2 or 3 days to get it there. I received an ARC from the publisher through NetGalley. This did not affect my honest review

Dara the Dancing Panda is adorable! This is a wonderful picture book for toddlers and Pre-K children. The illustrations are fun to look at and I think they'll appeal to young kids just as much as the rhyming story about Dara's adventure. I feel like this could be the beginning of a series? I'm looking forward to seeing if Dara has more adventures with her forest friends!

Cute story - I'm not a big fan of the AABB rhyme scheme in children's books, but this is a sweet story and I think little dancers would enjoy the illustrations and the story.
