I requested this book because I have a degree in Organizational Psychology and it was really interesting to read this from a Christian perspective. I really enjoyed it and I now have a different way of viewing things. I highly recommend this book.

Leadership is an area that has been neglected for many centuries especially in Christian perspective. This is an age that leadership is a topic that very important and engaging but we have a very little sources on that matter. Thankfully, Franklin Markow provides us a comprehensive understanding about organizational behavior from his expertise to us.
