A lovely compendium of magical creatures, with details of features, habitats, and diets. An interesting take as it focuses on magical varieties of real North American animals, rather than mythological creatures. It is peppered with wonderful illustrations, including a diverse range of children. There are some fun activities at the back of the book.
If you have a kid who likes the outdoors, this is a fun way to get them involved looking for animals in the wild, and to spark their imaginations with a little bit of magic.

How to spot a magical woodland creature is such a good book. Sarah Glenn Marsh did such a great job on this book. Congratulations!!! I recommend everyone to read this book as fast as they can.
