Avery and Carter are known for their experience in diving and finding sites that others can't seem to locate. Carter has the diving prestige and social media fame. Avery is the brainiac who calculates everything and programs the devices that they use. They also have Harry, who is a retired detective. After finding a wreck that nobody else could, they are asked to come to Antarctica to find a ship that sunk over 100 years ago. Once they arrive, they can tell that they are being lied to.
I enjoyed this fast-paced global treasure hunt. It somewhat reminded me of a certain Dan Brown novel, in the best way, with the global chase from the bad guys. The whole story is fast-paced with action, mystery, and deception. It's a great book!

The Cardinal’s Curse is the second in the Turner and Mosley Files series. This time taking Avery, Harrison and Carter to Antartica as they search for the lost treasure of Norway. I did not read the first but I think this book works as a stand alone as I felt there was sufficient information given.

This is a fast moving story taking the characters all of the US, Antartica and Europe. The characters are great, they had a great relationship. I loved going with these characters on their explorations and there are some very suspenseful moments. I was super curious to see exactly where the story would lead.

There was a little bit of choppiness noted in this story but I still enjoyed the adventure this one took me on. I look forward to reading the first in this series and also continue with the series in the future.

I listened to this one via audiobook. It was narrated by Alan Carlson. I think that he was good, I wasn’t the biggest fan of some of his voices, but overall it was still enjoyable. I would definitely continue listening if he narrates the rest of the series.

I came for the Norwegian crown regalia and stayed for the nonstop action/adventure. Great read!
Narrator Alan Carlson was good, portraying the male characters and emotions well.
I requested and received a free temporary advance audio from Dreamscape Select | Severn River Publishing via NetGalley. Thank you!
Thank you to Dreamscape Select/Severn River Publishing, NetGalley, authors LynDee Walker and Robert Coffin and narrator Alan Carlson for sharing such an exciting adventure with The Cardinal’s Curse. This is the newest Tate and Mosely adventure and I was swept up in the adventure immediately. When our trio of adventurers are hired to go to Antarctica to dive and find a legendary Norwegian ship. The ship is supposed to have gone down with the royal jewels but are cursed and many deaths are connected to the legend. They have to deal with sabotage, unforeseen dangers and lies from the people that hired them and yet just dealing with the weather may be the killer.
Perfect for fans of Dan Brown and Clive Cussler.
