This book for children had the type of juvenile crudeness I would never personally expose a child to, and would never encourage any child to read on his or her own. That crudeness was not funny, as the rest of the story was not. I only got the book because it was mentioned at Goodreads by the author, and was sorry I didn't first see it was a Kindle Unlimited book. Getting it here at NetGalley adversely affected by NG percentage amount, while a KU book would not have done so, which is why I am writing a review here and not posting it anywhere else.

Belinda V. Garcia's Matty Bratty USA President: 4th of July is a book geared for early readers, possibly younger if someone was reading to them. Goofy, with some potty humor, but this age group would probably think it hilarious.

Matty gets up to some very silly actions, and invites his family and some magical creatures to fill out his cabinet as POTUS. This is not an educational book in any way, it is purely for entertainment. Garcia is quite creative, and I'm sure there will be loads of laughs as younger kids discover Matty's actions during his time in the White House.
