This book felt really barebones. There is some good information contained but there isn’t much elaboration on the ideas, nothing that drives them home and makes them memorable, like multiple examples of the ideas in action. It felt like one idea would be said one time, and the next time it would be brought up the author would say “you know how to do this! We discussed it earlier…” but I wouldn’t be able to remember what was even said about that topic. There were also a lot of random quotes thrown in at times that felt sort of relevant but weren’t backed up.

Overall this book was lacking on clarity, and the writing style was rough as well.
