This is the fourth book in the foxbrooke series which feels a little disingenuous to the series as most of the story takes place somewhere else. Sophia has been dating her college professor fore the last 10 years until she catches him cheating on her with two students from their university. He also took credit for her last discovery as an archeologist. Isaac is a yoga instructor who has taken a vow of celibacy. This book has a much more serious tone than the previous books in the series and had lots of difficult themes throughout. I also did not understand a lot of the verbiage that was being used during the yoga parts which was a lot of the book. I feel like if you do are someone who really enjoys yoga that this will be an interesting read for you but for others it can be very confusing.

I love how the yoga teacher is a man in this story. I found it refreshing to read a book that discusses anxiety and explores yoga as a modality to help with panic. The characters were likable, and I finished the book quickly. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC. Four stars.
