As always, the masterful Susan Dennard keeps you on the edge of your seat with THE WHISPERING NIGHT, the finale in THE LUMINARIES trilogy in which Winnie faces her greatest challenges yet.

i was actually so SO happy when i saw my request for this book had been approved! the whispering night may have been a slow starter but wow did it pick UP!! for the last 50% or so i could not put this book down, there was so much happening and the stakes were RAISED!

i’ve loved reading the luminaries and watching all of the characters grow over the course of the whole series, and that all felt like it came to a head in this book. winnie and erica’s character development was so good! and ofc jay was already perfect (ugh!) <<3

i really liked how this all concluded, and am vaguely hopeful for the possibility of more books in the luminaries world potentially following some other characters!
