A stunning love story-one that transcends time and even gender. It kind of reminded me of The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab, in terms of the emotional depth and the way it plays with time and identity.

This is a ya fantasy standalone novel and let me tell I am happy with this one being a standalone novel, because Idk what the author could do with another book. But I digress I still had a great time with this one it was kind of confusing cause when I was listening to the audiobook it had chapter numbers but in the actually book it had the year of where the story takes place. If that made sense at all.
Lol, anyways Our Infinate Fates by Laura Stevens is a ya fantasy that is getting comparead to Addie Larue by VE Scwhab! Which that would make totally sense just make this one more sapphic than Addie!
I buddy read this with a group of my friends and we all had the same rating/feelings with this novel it was a quick and fun read, only issused I had was the time jumps wasn't expecting but should've with what it was being compared too. Overall rating 3.5/5 stars not my favorite but happy to have read it. Thank you Wednesday books & Netgalley for sending me the e-arc!!(:

I really loved this book. The main characters caught me right away. Loving each other through centuries and destined to die over and over. You couldn't help but root for the characters and hope they would end the curse that caused them to die over and over before reaching 18.

Not worth my time. I really wanted to love this with it being compared to Addie LaRue but it was so bad.

Our Infinite Fates was by far one of the most anticipated releases of 2025, at least in my book circles! A story of lovers who have to destroy each other in every life?? Sign me up!
Overall I really enjoyed this story. The journey through the centuries was my favorite part, almost so much that I was less entertained whenever we were back in the present day timeline 😅
The resolution at the end is where this one lost me a bit. For lack of a better word or description, it just got a little weird?? And for a curse that last millennium, for it to kind of end like it did felt… abrupt and unfitting. A duology might have been more effective to really make the lore of the curse mean more. And would’ve allowed us to get more emotionally invested in the characters.
Rated this one about 3.5 stars! It’s out now and is a STUNNING edition!
Thank you to St. Martin’s Press and Wednesday Books for access to this title via NetGalley!

Very beautiful! I loved that I never suspected what was going to happen or why they were caught in this loop. A very cool supernatural twist and such a romantic love story. This book is completely fine on its own. Doesn’t need a sequel or prequel or anything. Wonderful :)

Love love love! Of the synopsis of this story don’t kill you in, I don’t know what possibly could. Such a sucker for star crossed vibes.

Evelyn & Arden are 2 souls that bound together through different lifetimes. are they enemies? lovers? both? neither? doesn’t matter, because one of them should kill the other before they turn 18. every. single. lifetime. Arden remembers why they have to do that, but Evelyn doesn’t. both miserable just the same.
it’s a doomed love story. the angst was so intense I choked up several times, especially at the end. I turned off my brain so I didn’t scrutinize the details too much, but in general it’s a very compelling story. i couldn’t stop listening even though I struggled a bit with the narrator’s British accent. i love how the author literally make the setting all over the world, because each lifetime they’re born in different part of the world. an opportunity well used! i liked both of the main characters and i think their dynamic is really interesting. so yeah overall i enjoyed it!

Anything compared to The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue has me sold—and while Our Infinite Fates doesn't quite reach the same emotional depths, it still delivers a beautifully written story filled with love, mystery, and heartache.
The premise is instantly compelling: what if your soul was reborn again and again in a new body, and each time you remembered the lives you’ve lived before—only to be murdered before your 18th birthday by the one you love? That haunting question sets the stage for a rich, emotionally charged tale that spans centuries.
The story follows Evelyn and Arden across a nonlinear timeline, exploring the many lives they've shared—and lost—together. Both characters are so easy to root for; their chemistry and bond are deeply felt, and you can’t help but hope they’ll finally find a way to break the curse that haunts them.
The flashback chapters, while immersive and essential to weaving together their shared history, did start to feel a bit distant as the story went on. Knowing we wouldn’t return to those past lives made it harder to stay emotionally connected at times. That said, the writing is strong throughout—Laura Steven’s language around love, especially familial love like the relationship between sisters, is genuinely beautiful.
The pacing is well-balanced, the structure cohesive, and best of all—the author gave me the ending I wanted.
Thank you NetGalley and Wednesday Books Publishing for my DRC!

I enjoyed this story overall. The unique premise and engaging plot kept me interested throughout. While the ending landed where I expected and was predictable, the path to get there took unexpected twists which I appreciated. The frequent time jumps made the narrative feel disjointed at times. I would recommend this book to a younger audience since it reads early YA.

Dreamy, atmospheric, and everything I wanted it to be and more.
A love story for the ages while also hitting you right in your feels. The writing style was incredible and the Divine Rivals x Addie LaRue vibes made my heart so so happy!!
I just wish we had gotten a tiny bit more of their origin story, but still. Would highly highly recommend!!

Absolutely adore this story. What ends would you go to for love? To hell and back? Beautifully written and leaves you with faith in 'what's meant to be will be' ....love will always find a way.

An absolute delight of a book with poetic writing that you will adore if you love V.E Schwab’s The Invisible Life of Addie Larue. I thought it was even better than that book because of the rich cultures interwoven through this story. If you are living for more than a millennium, your experiences should show that and this book did just that. The love story made my heart hurt in the best possible way. I absolutely adored Evelyn and Arden. This is a god tier, 6 star book for me for just how beautifully the author captured the essence of all their lives. I really left like I was sobbing with them in the Siberian night and walking through the streets of Mumbai smelling pav bhaji with sounds of Navratri around me. It was stunning and I highly highly recommend it.
Thank you NetGalley and Wednesday Books for sending this book for review consideration. All opinions are my own.

This was a really creative story that was different from most of the books I read. It tells the story of Evelyn who has lived countless lifetimes, and each time as a different person but still with scattered memories of each previous life.
In all her lives, she is killed by Arden just before she turns 18. Arden desperately loves Evelyn but is forced to end her life each time. Despite Evelyn's pleas to explain why, Arden cannot. She doesn't remember what happened for them to be cursed this way, but Arden does and cannot bear to share the reason why. Different chapters would show Evelyn and Arden in different lands and lives throughout history. It was a really great story that kept my interest throughout. I received an eBook from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I liked this one. It was a cool concept. I wasn’t so into the present timeline but I really liked the others. Looking forward to more from this author!

SCREAMING! CRYING!!!! THROWING UP!!!!! How dare they make such a great book like this! I can’t believe our characters are that tangible. Ugh. I’ll be thinking about them forever.

Imagine living thousands of lives, falling in love with the same soul only to be murdered by them before your eighteenth birthday. That is what Evelyn and Arden's lives are like. Evelyn can remember most of her past lives and Arden in each one of them. But she cannot seem to remember why he kills her. The story bounces between their past lives and their current life in Wales 2022. The changes between timelines was so smooth. It was easy to follow. I loved getting to know the characters in each of them. The story has such Addie LaRue vibes. I did not see the twist coming at all. I loved this book. Thank you to NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for allowing me to read this in exchange for my honest review.

So I was hooked from moment I knew this was about star crossed lovers that are fated to kill each other and this one life that Evelyn is trying to figure out why Arden has to kill her before her eighteenth birthday since she really likes this life and has a little sister she needs to take care of . So she tries to not fall in love and not die while figuring all this out. Oh man this was just so sad and so well written. While it did drag a little, it picked up and man the twists I didn't see coming. This was a great read if you are in the mood for a sad, angsty but beautifully written book.
Thanks to Wednesday Books and Netgalley for the complimentary copy of this book. All opinions in this review are my own.

If you like the invisible life of Addie Lerue and the angst that came with that one then you will like this. I was hooked from page one and while some parts did drag a bit the overall story was very impactful and beautiful

I loved this one! I’m a sucker for a star-crossed lovers story and this one is a DOOZY. Like it takes star-crossed to a whole new level and each new incarnation of the leads made me wish even more desperately for everything to work out in the end. It made me cry and I adored it.
I received an advance copy from the publisher, all opinions are my own, and a review was not required.
