I liked this book but I have a few mixed feelings about it overall.

This is a bit of a mixed book - the content is great and it is aimed at older children. It has some great content on the different species of animals.

The illustrations however for me were aimed at much younger children as they are cute and more cartoony than I would expect for the age group reading the content.

The book is one that gives a spring board to read more on the different species and the classification, the differences between vertebrates and invertebrates and beyond that. I read the book with my daughter and it certainly sparked her curiosity.

It is 4 stars from me for this one - highly recommended

My kids LOVED this book! Anyone who has kids that like animals, this is a really fun story! The pictures, the story and the conversations to come from it were so fun! Well done

Such a great educational book. Honestly, I actually learned a few things from it and I'm a 29 year old mom! I would love to have this book in my children's playroom for a long time. The pictures are super vibrant and fun for when they are little, and as they grow, it has an amazing educational story that they can learn a lot from! I also like the font that was used. I think it's very appropriate for kids of all age and is easy to read. Especially when using big, complicated words. It makes it easier for kids to learn and pronounce them! Very well written, very educational, and very fun. Great for all ages. Highly recommend.
