Holy crap this was a doggone great read! I've been on a dry run lately and thank goodness this book made up for it all! I enjoyed how the story was told from both Zanes and Ariane's points of view with her yearning to know more about who she was and him not wanting her to find out. I have not read the first book and feel like I am missing out on some of the back story so I hope to soon get to go back and fill in with it.
