Absolutely stunning. Amazing world building. Cannot wait for Book 4. Ortega weaves a rich world with magic and friendship that draws the reader in and leaves them craving more!

I wish the next book was out already. The book was such a beautiful sequel to the second book. The writing and the characters are amazing, and the world is a place I wish I could live in myself. I will for sure buy the physical copy for myself when it comes out in October.

The Witchlings series is a massive hit in my classroom. I have had it constantly checked out since I book talked it one day in my morning meeting. My students are going to be so excited when they get their hands on book 3.

Claribel Ortega and the Witchlings have my heart forever! An adventurous follow-up to The Golden Frog Games (read books 1 and 2 first!) that delves into the history of Spares with age-appropriate and engaging conversations about who creates history and how historically marginalized people fight for their rights. Playing with memory, history, and working towards a better future all coalesces in an explosive final battle and reveals that will leave readers eager for the next volume! I speak for myself and my students when I say I hope to keep reading more Witchlings far into the future!

Surprising absolutely no one, I absolutely adored this book. The characters are like my children now and I cried.
This entire series is absolute perfection and I love it with all my heart. It can be so frogging silly but, also, sometimes so serious and it talks about so many captivating subjects.
I just love everything about it and if Claribel keep writing those in ten years, I'll be forty and reading this incredible series.
I could not recommend this more and I can't wait for more by this amazing author.
