I wanted to love this book. Ot would have parts that were so good and that drew me in but then lulls that made it so hard to keep going. I feel like the plot could have been faster to keep the reader engaged.

Well crafted with layers to the story that struck so many emotions and thoughts about the situation as well as the characters. The story revolves about a wife who wants to bring together her husbands prior family. Her easy flowing style of writing that captivates the readers attention until the last page.

Really interesting read

While overall enjoyable, I found myself very frustrated with the main character because she was just gullible. That made the story sort of annoying, and I figured out all the major plot points very early on, but it was well written and the characters were different enough to be interesting.

My eyes couldn't read this fast enough and I couldn't wait to find out how things were going to end for Marie.

Marie was a great character to follow and watching her navigate her life and all its dramas - juggling working life with being a mum, trying to wrangle her husband Scott and maintain a successful business and be there for her daughter was all so compelling to read.

It felt very realistic and there's elements of her life everyone can relate to at some point and it was related in a sympathetic funny way

It was super easy to keep reading and fall into the chapters till there was none left, Brilliant read and I can't wait for more.

A fun lighthearted romping read that had me laughing so hard! Her husband's ex wife won't allow her or their child to meet there half brother and sister. So she goes on a mission of her own to try to find the ex and win her over. The plot is written with such humour that made me love the characters.

Madness and utter chaos but in the best way. This book was so fun to read. I laughed countless times and had a grand time with the story. It was a quick and enjoyable book. A perfect summer book or palate cleanser.
