It's a perfect fantasy romance for those craving a sweet read. I love monster romances and this scratches that itch. I can't wait to see Modeus develop more as a character! This transitioned super well from the webcomic and felt like a fleshed-out story. I will recommend this to my graphic novel book club.

Romantasy can get weird sometimes. You probably wouldn’t cast an empty suit of armor as your male interest, but this graphic novel proves that a hunk of cold metal can result in a heart-warming love story.

This is an updated take on the classic fairytale. There is mystery and intrigue along with some well-crafted LGBTQ+ characters. The romance plot is sweet, while the art is equally stunning. I Iook forward to seeing the next chapter of this story.

I really enjoyed this book! The art style is so cute, and I adored all the characters' designs. The plot felt very fairytale-esque, and the rather magical illustrations really helped you feel like you were seeing a fairytale play out. This book is a nice quick and fun read, and very whimsical! My only big problem was the ending, it felt rather abrupt and left me wanting more. But, I suppose I'll have to read the next one.

I would recommend this book if you're looking for an easy-to-follow fantasy story with an adorable art style but don't expect a complicated, in-depth storyline.

A delightfully fun dynamic of the sunshine x gloomy relationship portrayed through our main character as a bright and colorful fairy who's hiding her identity and a dark and intimidating suit of armor who looks dangerous but is very kind and sweet. This book serves as enough of a taste to a series that I anticipate will dive into a lot of interesting dynamics about self discovery and hiding parts of yourself both physically and metaphorically. It's a light read so far with some stakes but nothing too dark and intense off the bat.

I wasn't really sure I'd enjoy the concept of this romance. Thought it may be too odd/goofy for me.
Boy was I wrong, it's adorable, art is great, story is wonderful. I need the second installment right now!

I loved the setting of this graphic novel. Anything medieval with knights and magic automatically grabs my interest.

The concept for this story is really cute. Girl who is secretly a fairy and has to hide her identity, starts to catch feelings for a magical, sentient suit of armour. It feels weird to write that down, but just trust me, its cute.

While the art and premise were both great, I did feel like the story fell a little flat for me. There were no real 'villains', and I didnt feel like there was any kind of conflict pushing the story forward. Almost every character seemed to be sweet and morally correct and the whole thing was just cozy vibes. (Which may in fact be exactly what you're looking for, in which case, this is the book for you.)

This volume has Chapters 1-17 of the webtoon comic. A bonus chapter featuring Baynard and Peres first meeting is also included.

This is a beautifully illustrated story about a lady-in-waiting and a magical suit of armor. Lucia was a sweet woman who is just trying to help Lady Kirsi prepare for her upcoming wedding. She is also hiding a huge secret from everyone that could lead to her death. Everything changes for her when she attends a tournament with Lady Kirsi and meets a magically animated suit of armor that was brought to life by the court mage, Norrix.

Lucia and Modeus’ story is just getting started in this volume. While this only gives us a hint at what might come between these two, I am already hooked and want to know more. I love how Lucia is so accepting of everyone and requires Norrix and others to treat Modeus as a person, not a thing. I also love how she is making friends with Baynard and Peres, and accepting them for who they are.

Overall, this was a great first volume for a series. I can't wait to see what will happen next with these two and with Lucia’s upcoming training, especially when Lucia is hiding such a dangerous secret.

I had the pleasure of reading this while it was being released on webtoon and I am so happy that its being turned into a book! I adore this story, and I truly think that the author is so so talented. The magic and deception in this story is wild and captivating, and I cant wait to read even more!

I love the illustrations of this Graphic Novel, they are adorable and relatable. The drawings are very detailed. The storyline is a setup for the rest of tye story, which I definitely want to read. This first book has made me curious for the rest of the story. I'm looking forward to the development of Modeus and how Lucia will further grow in her new role.

I have been following Modeus and Lucia’s story on Webtoon from ages now, and coming across it in a published volume was the bestest of all surprises. I absolutely love the author’s graphics, the romantasy plotline, and how fleshed out all the characters are.
Come for the graphics, and you’d be happily staying for the romance, the plot, and honestly HOW HOT THE ENCHANTED SUIT OF ARMOUR IS!!!
I can’t wait for the new volume to release and for us readers to get the answers to all the questions we have gathered from this.

This was such a fun and cute read. I love the story line and the graphics were great. I like how Lucia is understanding of differences in people and magic things. I like all the characters and wanted to learn more about each of them.

I enjoyed reading this and hated when it came to an end. I can’t wait for the volume to come out. Also, the bonus chapter… I can’t wait to find out more about their past.

This is such a cute story.

I read this back when it was just a webtoon, and I loved it, but then I lost the link and couldn't remember the name. Well, I requested this one because it looked cute and lo and behold, it's the one I had started reading online!!

I love the dynamic between Lucia and Modeus. I can already tell there's going to be such a cute romance between the two of them in the future. The bonus chapter at the end was cute -- is shows a young Peres meeting Baynard, and I love their dynamic. The bonus art was also absolutely beautiful.

In fact, what drew me in was the art. I think it's beautiful and cute, and I love the way the magic is drawn.

Can't wait to continue reading this!!

i have read this on webtoon and it is incredible! the art, the story, and the pacing were all splendid in my opinion and experience. come to think of it, it is quite a fast read as you get immersed in their world and adventures! definitely a must read for me <3

I have been reading Suitor Armor since it was first featured on the Webtoon app so I was already over the moon to see it coming to print but I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of this ARC! The new chibis at the beginning of each chapter, the formatting pages, and the layout conversion are all spectacular and I WILL be picking up a copy on release! <3
