Another fun installment in this series! I love the animal and ecological conservation aspect of this space sci-fi adventure. In this one, we follow the unlikely crewmates to another planet where they uncover corporate corruption and dangerous experiments. I really enjoyed it! But my criticism is that as the story goes on, it's action driven rather than plot or character driven, so the excitement starts to feel boring rather than adventurous. I wish there was more emotional intensity to balance the humor and sarcasm between the characters. I may be in the minority of the intended audience for this series, but I do wish there was romance between the two main characters--or at least tension between the sexes even just inside their heads. I don't love the narrator's style or voice, but he is certainly talented. He does the variety of voices well and fits the humor.
