I wasn't quite sure what to think of this book. But even though the subject was quite confronting due to the conflicts of the moment it is a good book, well written, thrilling and it is a story that makes you think. I do like the Australian connection as it makes it more real. This is a book about conflict, revenge and so much more. Well paced and a tension filled read.

I Struggled to finish this book. It plays off the current Ukraine/Russian conflict. Firstly I found that to be freaking distasteful. Then I just found the book fall flat. I found the characters boring and one dimensional. Lots of stereotypes rampant throughout.

I enjoyed this thriller very much. I’d recommend it to other thriller readers. Five stars! Loved it!
