I really like the colours of the illustrations. Some of the sentences I totally agree on are for example "Being awake doesn't mean being ready to move" or "I'm innocent and smol, until demon takes control".

One part sweet, one part sassy, and a whole lot of love and introspection.

This book is short and simple and it has cute illustrations. And it talks to you the way you talk to your cats. Very cute.

It's a wonderful book for children. You can give it to your child or read it out to him/her. They will be happy. And you will be too. It's not just a children's book. What a fun book this is! If you love cats, this is the book for you! The cartoons are uplifting, sweet and very recognisable for cat owners. This is a book I would easily buy as a gift for someone.

The Book of Purrs is an adorable collection of cat cartoons from Luis Coelho (@purr.in.ink). This was such a happy addition to my day! I have loved the cartoons for a long time & it was great to be able to read this collection.

I loved that there was so much heart behind them. So many included positives messages for mental health as well as silly cat jokes. I will definitely re-visit this one when I need to smile!

This book is charming. Little, inspirational, 4 panel quotes with soothing background colors and gentle catitude.

There were occasional touchs of mild profanity that disrupted the vibe a bit for me, but overall, just a peaceful little book of comics.

This is one of the cutest cat illustration book. As a person who’s obsessed with black cats this was adorable. It was a fun quick read. And a great gift for cat lovers.

What a fun little book! Each page is simple in its illustration and statement but each packs a thoughtful or humorous punch. This would make a fun coffee table book.

You will not regret looking at these because you will soon discover you have read it cover to cover!

I was going into this expecting a comic, instead I got something better...a compilation of positive affirmations for your every day life with cats! This will bring you joy every day, the art is beautiful, there's something for everyone. It would make a wonderful gift to any cat lover, be it birthdays, holidays, house warming gift or just a pick me up present this is truly the perfect option.
It's short, sweet and gorgeous, could not have loved it more.

I love this little kitty so much. Sometimes it hits to close home but it's worth hearing some of the quotes.

OMG, this was just so damn cute! I will be getting a physical copy once the books comes out. Great book to have in the living room or coffee table and to randomly open to make you smile

This was supposed to be cute, but I found it more creepy and unsettling. The cats were okay for the first few pages, but then it got repetitive.

As a cat lover and cat mom, and often seeing Luiz Coelho work on social medias, I knew this book was for me. This book full of really cute drawings is like a candy, it's comforting. With these philosophical and poetical texts about mental health or a cat's life, that are totally reliable, you will smile and it will make you feel a little better.

The only negative thing I have to say, aside from the book being too short, is that I would have loved for the comics to be a little bit more diversified; a few panels are pretty much alike, and it's too bad not to have developed the cat's habits part more.

Super cute. Love the art so much. Many have such great messages and some are so funny!!! Highly Recommend

Book of Purrs: Everyday Thoughts from your Feline Friends is great for what it is. This book is a compilation, not a series of interconnected comic strips. As a write this with my cat in my lap, I must say so much of what Coelho has put in Book of Purrs is accurate. This being said, some of the multi-panel comics have the same exact drawing in each of them. It feels like Coelho didn't put as much effort into those as the ones that show more expression.

Overall, this was cute. It wasn't a game-changer, it wasn't earth-shattering, but it was cute. Thank you to Luis Coelho, Netgalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for an advanced reader copy of this book.
