I am attempting to go back and read some of these older books to bring up my ratio, but unfortunately I can't find a copy of this in my library system! I will not be reviewing it apologies :(
Spooky and haunting.
Many thanks to Portable Magic and to NetGalley for providing me with a galley in exchange for my honest opinion.
When Justine arrives at paradise park to take photos, magic and mystery drag her under. She starts to desire more and more knowledge about this family. And why is she developing feelings for the brother who was accused of killing his nine Yr old brother. He senses are telling her she is not alone. This is a mystery inside a mystery that keeps you looking the whole time.
A haunting thriller. Very well written with characters who are likable even though they have done things that are horrendous. A suspenseful plot line that made it very hard to put the book down. The only part I had a hard time believing was the love story part of the book.
For the first time in my life I almost fell asleep while reading a book.
Nothing, absolutely NOTHING happened, it was wordy without dialogue, plodding, and an utter bore-fest.
Couldn't finish...
At times I found the book disturbing but really engaging and entertaining.
The link between the world's and characters was fascinating. There were times when I felt trapped and afraid add I traveled along the journey.
Great book. Great story. Well written.
