As a novelist who frequently gives presentations and has never quite mastered the art of not saying um, I found this book both incredibly helpful and surprisingly calming. I am rereading it again, and absolutely recommending it to friends.

Actually, I am not a person who is easily stands up and do a public speaking to amuse so many crowded persons behind me. And sometimes, I say Um, Um, and Um. I really try hard to stop it but sometimes it just come out of my control. Michael Chad have a practical guide for people like me with physical exercises so I can improve my public speaking skill.
