Conclusion: The Compassionate Journey
The two authors are so different they each bring a different perspective to the topic of compassion. One has a degree in economics but became a rained clinical psychologist and the other was a lawyer but left his career and moved to a monastery. This book is amazing and takes the reader into the world of unconditional love and compassion. I am now looking at my life differently. I want to be better and kinder after reading this book. It made me realize that not only should we have compassion for others, but we should have compassion for ourselves. I read this book twice and can see myself reading it over again. If you want to delve deeper into mindful compassion, this is an excellent book.
