Elf on the shelf cookbook style! Great for Christmas and doing great recipes with your children. This is a super cute book and I enjoyed looking through the recipes and saving the ones I would love to do with my children. Highly recommend!

A big 'thank you' to NetGalley and William and Morrow for an advanced read copy of this book!

My elementary aged children and students all love the Elf on the Shelf so I was so excited to have the opportunity to preview The Elf on the Shelf Family Cookbook by Chanda A. Bell. The book is WAY more than a typical kids cookbook and draws young bakers in with a letter from Santa, seek and find pages, an advent calendar containing activities for each day of the month, a find your 'elf name' page, and so much more helpful information and tips from Pickles the elf! The beginning of the book contains a list of kitchen tools and helpful ingredients. There is also a section titled "Jolly Jargon" that explains lots of cooking terms in a simplistic manner for young children.

I'm looking forward to purchasing this book for my kids when it is available. This would make a great holiday gift!

This is a great little book featuring Elf on the Shelf characters. My grandkids all enjoy this long standing tradition and their elves get into many mishaps. I would purchase this for my daughters, so they can enjoy making the treats and and recreating the elf tricks from the book. As I was going through the book, it reminded me of the old timey cookbooks when I was a kid. The artwork, layout designs, recipes etc. I also enjoyed that it featured other holidays that can be carried on. Maybe some Easter or Halloween elves sneaking out from the North Pole. I know once out for publications this will be a great hit.

Talk about holiday fun! This cookbook is wonderful, creative, and fun for the whole family! It's packed with sweet recipes and everything for beginner cooks and bakers - tips and pointers, kitchen and pantry staples, baking terms and how-to's, and more! There are fun pages in-between, like seek-and-find, mini interview with the elves, name generator, and even a Christmas playlist (not to mention Halloween and Easter treat!) I am looking forward to trying out several of these fun recipes with my 3 and 5 year olds!

Thank you NetGalley, William Morrow, and Chanda A. Bell for the holiday magic!

This cookbook is absolutely adorable! Every page is full of not only great recipes, but also fun elf shenanigans! My young son especially enjoyed figuring out what his elf’s name would be at the beginning of the book. He also enjoyed looking for the different items in the seek and find section. I can tell that a lot of time and thought went into the creation of this cookbook. It’s definitely something the entire family can enjoy! I’m looking forward to trying some of the yummy recipes soon!

Absolutely adorable book and every single page is incredibly visually pleasing. Ideal gift for young families that have a visiting scout elf each December. Holiday recipes to make for your elf and the book also implies/gives ideas for some things the elves might do for the kiddos. There are also several activity ideas such as a Merry Movie Night and hosting a cookie decorating party. The book also includes a plethora of fun elfy bonus content.

This book will make several families smile this holiday season!

Thank you NetGalley and William Morrow for an eARC!
