the CHEMISTRY, the MEETUPS, the smiling from ear to ear I did all through reading this book! I loved the flow of the writing so much and the ending was absolutely the cutest
This was a very cute read! It was emotional and thoughtful. I found myself not wanting to put it down. I would give this 4 stars. Thank you NetGalley for the ARC!
Firstly, I want to thank NetGalley and Caitlin Moss for this ARC in exchange for an honest review!
This was the first book that I’ve read by Caitlin Moss and from the very first chapter, I couldn’t help but smile! Julia and JP’s relationship started out so cute and playful. I loved the way that they felt so comfortable with one another from the start.
On their first night out together, Julia and JP decided to go to a fortune teller and the fortune teller told Julia: "you will have many loves. But most of them will be him." These words made you wonder what was going to happen to them and what the fortune teller meant.
Over the course of the next five years, we see all the missed chances and the emotional rollercoaster that both of these characters experience. Just when you think they’ve finally figured it out, Julia and JP are constantly being torn apart again and again.
The unpredictability of this romance kept me 100% hooked and I never knew what would happen next! Caitlin Moss did an incredible job with writing these characters and their love story. You couldn’t help but cheer them on and relate to them in some way or another. We all have experienced missed chances, loss, and getting so close to something, but then having it taken away! I honestly couldn’t put the book down. I would highly recommend this book!
GOODBYE AGAIN review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5/5
🔮Hands down my new favorite Caitlin Moss book. 👏 I looooove a right person, wrong time trope. This one was also emotional and definitely gave me alllll the feelings. 🥹
🔮Here’s a summary of the plot:👇
Julia and JP meet on a cross-county flight and have an immediate connection. They visit a fortune teller who predicts that their lives will forever be connected. But different career paths seem to pull them apart. Will they ever get the timing right?!
🔮The build up of this love story was everything!! This book was also very emotional which are my favorite types of romance books. This is definitely my new favorite Caitlin Moss book! I can’t wait to read whatever she releases next. 🤩
after multiple attempts at reading- I have decided to DNF. I’m hoping to return to it in the future but right now i’m unable to connect with the author’s writing style.
I didn't expect to love Goodbye Again as much as I did but I was pleasantly surprised! I read the whole thing in one sitting!
Excellent book, loved it! Looking forward to more from this author! Apologies for the lateness of my review
Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for the ARC of Goodbye Again in exchange for an honest review.
Oh, this book had me crying, giggling, smiling, frowning and everything in between. You will be captivated by the heartfelt story of "Goodbye Again" by Caitlin Moss. This book was so beautifully written. It follows a couple who are faced with challenging circumstances, their hearts breaking each time fate pushes them apart.
With a strong and determined FMC and a 'if he wanted to he would' type of MMC, their journey explores themes of grief, toxic relationships, and the complexities of timing.
Caitlin Moss was able to mix all these elements together, delivering a poignant and emotionally resonant read. I wholeheartedly recommend diving into to this book completely blind. It will stay with you for a long time.

This book was the perfect example of meeting the right person unexpectedly and falling for them madly only to be separated over & over again.
There were so many circumstances that kept the MCs apart and it was quite annoying to be honest. But also at the same time, some of them were valid reasons as well.
Anyhoo, all worked out in the end!

I loved this book although it had me on an emotional roller coaster. After a chance meeting Julia and JP encounter a fortune teller that tells them their future will be entwined. Unfortunately that future doesn’t happen in the next few years. There is always an obstacle standing in their way. This book is very angsty in a good way as Julia and JP live their separate lives and have chance encounters. I really enjoyed the writing and the depth of the characters. It was great to see their personal growth as they dealt with the setbacks in their lives and their complicated relationship.
I have read previous titles from Caitlin Moss and really enjoyed them, and this one was no exception. Wow this book will cause you to feel so many emotions and keep you guessing on what will happen next. It’s the type of book where you keep saying, “I’ll just read one more chapter.”, but then hours later are still full immersed in it. I loved the development of the characters and how well the story progressed. I wasn’t left feeling confused about any parts or wishing that there was more depth anywhere: I will absolutely recommend this book to others and look forward to reading future releases from Caitlin Moss.
Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the ARC to review. All opinions are my own.
THIS IS THE ONE MORE CHAPTER BOOK. Started this after dinner & crawled into bed and just kept saying one more chapter. The story will keep you on your toes and just when you think you’ve got it figured out it’ll make you cry.
This is a poignant exploration of love, loss, and the complexities of moving on. Moss delves into the intricacies of relationships with emotional honesty, creating a narrative that feels deeply personal and relatable. The story revolves around the protagonist’s struggle with unresolved feelings and the challenge of saying goodbye—not just to people, but to phases of life and the dreams tied to them.
What stands out in Goodbye Again is Moss’s thoughtful writing style, which captures the rawness of grief and the tender moments of healing. The prose is introspective without being overly heavy, allowing readers to engage with the character’s inner journey while still enjoying the broader story. There’s a quiet strength in the way the novel addresses mental health, personal growth, and the courage it takes to face the future.
This novel is perfect for readers who appreciate a character-driven story that tugs at the heartstrings. It’s a reflective, emotionally resonant read that balances sadness with hope, making it a memorable experience long after the final page.
Many thanks to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for providing me with an ARC and allowing me to provide my honest review
I LOVED this book. I've never read anything by Caitlin Moss before but this will not be my last. This book follows the long and tortured relationship between Julia and JP. They initially meet on a plane, both on their way to the same gender reveal celebration, surprisingly. Their attraction is near instantaneous and they are drawn to each other, but timing isn't right. Over the next five years the two cycle in and out of each other's lives. They experience heart breaks and help each other heal and always seem to find each other again.
Things I loved: the tortured, invisible string dynamic. The way the love interests of the two mc are fully fleshed out and not just treated as throw away plot devices. The chemistry! The characters. The dreams with her grandma. The boundary setting!
Things I didn't like: nothing really!
Easy five stars. Thanks to Caitlin Moss and NetGalley for the free ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This might just be the best book I have ever read.
An emotional roller coaster is the best way to describe this book. Happy, sad, angry tears. I felt every emotion.
*The way this book is set up, you fall in love with the MMC the same way the FMC does. Which means you feel every emotion the FMC does through out the book.
I genuinely felt my heart ache during a few parts- LIKE WHEN HE GOT BACK TOGETHER WITH AUDREY. AND WHEN SHE HAD TO WATCH THEM BE TOGETHER. I felt like I was the one personally going through it because JP was so easy to fall for due to how he was written.
I went to bed late after sobbing and woke up feeling hungover. FROM A BOOK! Ugh. This was everything.
It made it into the top 3 of my favorite books EVER.

I absolutely love Caitlin Moss. I have met her in real life and think she is a wonderful human being. So please note there is a bit of bias in my review but she did not ask me to write this or know that I am writing this!
This is my favorite book by her. The characters were wonderful. The side characters were fantastic. There is one character that is a therapist and Caitlin reaches out to her real life friends to make sure she was accurately representing a therapist.
I loved this book! Julia and JP were both so relatable and it's such a good narrative of two people who meet at the wrong time, unfortunately for them they just couldn't get the timing right because so many things get in their way. But I'm glad the find their way back to each other eventually.
It's set over the course of 5 years but they only spend a total of a couple of months together through that time and not always as a couple, some of the time they're just friends. Though they help each other through some of the bigger moments in each other's lives.
Julia often dreams about her Gramma, who passed away, and talks to her about what is happening in her life at that particular point and helps her to make sense of her thoughts and feelings. Which is ironic with Julia being a therapist!
JP is a kindergarten teacher but as the story is not written from his POV, we miss a lot of what is going on with him outside of his interactions with Julia. I'd like to have read more from his POV to round out his character a bit more, especially around tye time him and Julia stop texting each other while he was teaching in Greece.
Thanks to NetGalley and Caitlin Moss the opportunity to read and review this ARC.

good romance about 2 people who meet on a plane and end up going to baby shower. They fall in love over time but over time they end up with other people . They slowly find their way back to each other. I like that he has nine chances with her and she has visits from her grandma.
