I've been WAITING impatiently for Lucy to take us back to Blue Moon! It was worth the wait! Beckett and Gianna's story was hilarious and beautifully sweet. Can't wait for the 3rd brother's story!!!
If Gilmore Girls met a steamy romance. I loved this little town and the characters I. It. And what characters they are! Bring on Jax and Joey!

When asked what my favorite, imaginary small town is, I always answer Blue Moon Bend. It’s perfect and quaint, and has one hell of a mayor. Fall into Temptation is the second book in the Blue Moon series and can be read as a standalone, but really shouldn’t be. The first book really describes the town and allows you to meet the main characters.
Now for what I loved about this book; Beckett and Gia. The characters alone made this book 5 stars for me. They were realistic and genuine and oh so deserving of love. Even the side characters were lovable. A light hearted, easy and cozy read.

♥︎ Thank you NetGalley, Bloom Books and Lucy Score for the eARC of Fall into Temptation.
When a book makes you laugh and cry and swoon, it’s golden.
How can you not love a man who falls head over heels for an entire family.

Beckett Pierce is not too keen for romance, particularly after the antics of his last girlfriend. However, he is the most eligible bachelor in town, as well as being the town’s mayor. So, when Gianna Decker turns up, she is also not looking for love, as she has two children and an ex, plus she wants her new yoga studio to be successful. However, their attraction is instantaneous and soon they are finding everyone else is in on their romance.
A great romance with all the residents of Blue Moon making for an entertaining read. Both Beckett and Gia are likeable characters and their children added more depth to the story.
This book I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I read “No More Secrets" last month. It was the first in the Blue Moon series by Lucy Score. This book is the second in the series. They both are fun, low stakes, steamy, contemporary romances. So far the series focuses on three brothers in a small town in upstate NY. Beckett Pierce is the middle son, a lawyer and the town mayor. The new tenant in his backyard rental house is Gianna Decker. She has two children and runs the new yoga studio in town. Her father is also dating Beckett’s widowed mother. Beckett has been the responsible son and stayed in town and saved the family farm while his brothers were away.
Sparks fly quickly between Gianna and Beckett. It is more lust in the beginning as he is SO handsome and she is SO pretty. They’ve already kissed and more before they manage a first date. The humor in the book comes from the small town. The first book taps into the town facebook page that has the latest gossip. But this time the beautification committee and town council meetings bring some of my favorite moments. Carter (Beckett’s brother) and Summer from the first book see progress in their relationship too. And it helps that Gianna is welcomed as Summer’s new best friend. I liked the kids in this book and they act age appropriately.
From what I can see this book was originally self published in 2016 and is now getting a new cover and publisher. I’ve enjoyed the previous books I’ve read from Lucy Score and I enjoyed this one as well. I am hoping the publisher continues pushing out the rest of the series.
Spicy male female contemporary rom com. This is the second book in the Blue Moon series. They are standalone so you don't need to read the first book but it is a great read and I'm glad I'm reading these in order. The female lead was relatable and the relationship growth believable. Lots of chemistry with emotion and humor. Another great read from Lucy Score.
Fall Into Temptation by Lucy Score is a witty, charming romance set in the small town of Blue Moon. Beckett Pierce is content to stay away from romance after his last disastrous relationship, but Gianna Decker changes everything. With two kids and a struggling business, Gianna isn’t looking for love either. Yet their undeniable chemistry leads to stolen kisses and more complications than either bargained for. Filled with humor, passion, and small town meddling, this book is an entertaining and heartwarming read!
I love the writting of Lucy Score. Small town and the relationship of the brother is amazing.
I didn’t read the first book in this series but now I need to know the story of Carte and Summer
Thank you NetGalley, Sourcebooks Bloom Books and Lucy Score for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This is book #2 in the Blue Moon series. Recommend reading book #1 to get the full background of the characters and town.
Gianna is a mom and new business owner new to town who happens to be renting out Becketts backyard cottage.
There is immediate attraction but so many reasons to not cross that line so they fight it…until they don’t.
Obsessed with Aurora and Evan. They are such amazing characters and add so much to this story.
I thought the conflict was pretty realistic and possible. The resolution was insane and totally not realistic but it worked in this quirky town. As a step mom, the Evan storyline got to me!
Cannot wait to read the next one in this series!
I love Lucy Score books and this was no different! The plot was fun and fast paced and while it used some romance tropes it felt fresh and interesting! The main couple had great chemistry and I enjoyed the banter a lot. Will be adding to our library 100%!
4.25⭐
Lucy Score is re- issuing her Blue Moon series with new gorgeous covers, not reflected here on Goodreads. I started with the one telling the story of Gianna and Beckett. The town of Blue Moon is an equal character in this series and I want to move there. A community that cares for one another, perhaps a little over the top, but totally charming. Written with Score's ability to make characters fresh and relatable with great banter.
Beckett and Gianna are the perfect example of characters who are so different yet absolutely perfect for each other. Lucy nailed it once again, and I couldn’t put this book down!
I probably should have read the first book in the Blue Moon Series because I generally don't like to read out of order but while this book gives a few things away, I think I (and you) will definitely want to read No More Secrets. I absolutely adore this quirky little town called Blue Moon. The business names alone had me cracking up and wanting to find a small town like this to visit (and live lol). Beckett has been an icon in this town forever (as has his family) and Gia is new to town. The connection is instantaneous, the chemistry palpable and the banter amazing. While I expect to have some stress, Beckett really turned me off to him (despite knowing the why....still). I loved the town as it's own character and how everyone came together to fight for them. Loved the kids immensely.
I love how Lucy Score always able to write real characters that are easy to relate to. Beckett and Gia, you could just tell from the beginning that they liked each other and teir chemistry was there from the get go. This was an adorable, funny, witty, wholesome book and had me sucked in from the beginning but that is mainly all of Lucy Score's books! Kids in books are always nice to see in books especially when they are featured and not jsut mentioned once or twice. I can not wait to pick up the next book!
I jumped into this series not reading the first one, I didn't connect with the story, although I always love a small-town romance. the dual pov was enjoyable, the kids were a sweet touch but some of the plot was missing for me. it was too out of touch with reality In moments. This is for you if you're looking for something easy going and digestible.
Beckett is the mayor of the quirky small town Blue Moon where Gianna moves to be closer to family and to provide a stable environment for her kids. While I wanted to like this story and the last 20% did get better, the beginning was so farfetched and painfully immature that I wasn't fully engaged. Gia's kids were the best characters in the story. Aurora's nickname for Beckett (Bucket) is the cutest.
I was annoyed that Gia kissed Beckett before they had even really been introduced. But then her internal monologue immediately flipped the script because she desperately wanted to be a stable place for her kids after their dad's dreams of being a musician caused a chaotic home life.
Beckett was a likeable character until he made unfounded assumptions about Gia and with his longstanding grief regarding his dad's death. I wasn't as moved by his reasons for his grief lingering, as I expected to be. I thought he'd be more attached to the man his dad was than scarred by his mom's desperate sadness after the loss. Maybe it just didn't fit into such a fluffy story for me.
I wanted to like this more but the depth of character and tension in the plot wasn't realistic enough for me to feel satisfied.
Thank you NetGalley and Sourcebooks for an ARC.
Beckett and Gianna’s story is full of heat, heart, and humor, with the perfect small town fall setting. I loved it!
Beckett is the mayor of Blue Moon, and Gianna is the newest resident and his tenant. The pair have immediate chemistry when they meet, but they attempt to fight it due to their family’s close ties (his mom is dating her dad). Slightly forbidden romance, sneaky hookups, and some hilarious brotherly jostling add up to a fun read!
This is book two in a series about the town. I hadn’t read book one and this one was fine as a standalone, but I definitely plan to go back and read book one now after loving this family and town so much. Beckett and his brothers are the main characters of the first three books, and the relationship between the three men is so open hearted and hilarious that I could fall for all three of them.
Gia is a firecracker of a single mom, and I absolutely adored her relationship with her kids and the way they were welcomed to Blue Moon by the entire town. Sometimes I get irritated by how an author writes children, but Lucy did it in such a realistic and fun way here and I loved these kids!
My only complaint is that the story does partially rely on my least favorite trope (miscommunication) to drive conflict in the story. I did enjoy the way things wrapped up, and look forward to my next trip to this cute town! If you want fall vibes and small town romance, this one would be a great pick.
Thank you to Bloom Books for the arc. All opinions are my own,

A sweet, sensational, steamy and humour small town romance read that gave me giggles on my quiet weekend and had me craving pizza while watching funny yoga videos.
Gianna was looking for a fresh start with her kids in a fabulous small town, close to family and making sure everything was just fine. She never planned to get stuck in a bathroom to be saved by her handsome landlord.
Beckett feel for Gianna the first moment he saw her in her studio, and knew that he just had to have her in his life.
Only, both are about to find out no matter how much they fight their feelings, their lives will be tangled up with each other's one way or another.
The electricity between Gia and Beckett is fun and spicy, but come with the sweet and sour too. Sweetness overload with their cute family moments, and sour when it comes to the conflict. Both carry baggage from past relationship, Beckett with his nasty ex and carrying emotions from his own family life, while Gia is trying to find balance in making sure her ex-husband is a father to her kids and not having the family fall apart.
Aurora is a sweety and I love how she pronounces everyone's names, and Evan - even if he is a young boy carrying some attitude - is still rather mature for his age.
Second chances, learning from mistakes and to move on from clinging negativity, these two will become a family that has you boosting them for that happy ending.
Thank you to Netgalley for providing this review copy.
I wanted to love this book but everything about it was so far fetched that I couldn’t stay engaged. Don’t waste your money.
