I love this little town! I didn't realize this was part of a series so I had to read another first. The cover for this release will help it fly off of shelves. It's beautiful. The characters have a great relationship although the tension lasted too long in my opinion. It was fun to read the yoga scenes and motivated me to try some out too. Thank you for the early access!
He's the mayor and most eligible bachelor in a small town, she's his new tenant and a yoga instructor who is looking after her kids... they are definitely not each other's type but somehow can't seem to keep their hands off of one another, can they make it work despite everything or are they too different... did I mention their parents are also now dating? Beckett Pierce is the most eligible bachelor in the small town of Blue Moon. Beckett isn't looking for relationship, especially not after his last girlfriend set his welcome mat on fire and handcuffed herself to his porch, yet when he meets his new tenant he's in for a shock. Giana Decker has her hands full with opening a new yoga studio, watching her two kids, and dealing with a useless musician ex. Giana does not have time to fall for another bad boy, especially when he's her landlord and his mother is dating her father. Giana and Beckett are polar opposites and definitely shouldn't be lusting after one another... but one hook up turns into more, but Giana doesn't want to be with someone unless they accept her kids and Beckett is determined to not break up a family... so when Giana's ex comes back into town things are only going to get worse for them. Can they work out their problems or were they never meant to be in the first place? This was a cute small town romance between a grumpy mayor who finds himself falling for a feisty yoga instructor. The main part of this book I liked was Giana and her kids, she absolutely loves her kids even if they aren't her birth children. Giana wanted the best for her kids and did everything to give them a happy life. Beckett on the other hand was why I didn't like this book as much. For someone who is suppose to be super reasonable and grounded like he was in the first book he just kind of jumped to so many conclusions and made decisions for Giana that just left a bad taste in my mouth. Yes he makes up in the end but it just didn't feel earned and after everything he said and did, I just think he needed more groveling and more assessing with everything he did to Giana. The townspeople in this one were sweet and it gave a fun small town romance vibe, I just wish the romance was better done in the end.

*Thanks Netgalley and SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books | Bloom Books for sending me an arc in exchange for an honest review*
This book was a thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining read. The characters seemed to leap of the pages straight into my heart. They pulled me into their story and held me as a willing captive until I read the very last word. There is just so much to love about this book. Bennett and Gianna (Gia) are very relatable, true-to-life characters that you can’t help but adore and cheer on to happily ever after. He may be a tad more serious, conservative and structured than Gia, as one would expect from a mayor, but she and her kids bring a breath of fresh air and chaos into his life. I loved Beckett’s rapport with the kids, his approachable personality, his big warm heart and his protective nature. He really is a great guy and a great match for Gia.
Gia is a feisty, stronger than she thinks, big-hearted woman with a lot on her plate. Her ex is a musician who cares more about the next gig and his music than his kids or Gia. She found the strength to end their relationship because she and the kids are better off without him. Her kids are her first priority, over her studio, any job or any romance. She is a nurturer by nature, seems to thrive on chaos and her kids know that they can always count on her. Beckett snuck into her heart and lit it up when she saw how he treated her kids. He always treated them like they were important and they mattered, something their father never did. Unfortunately, he does something that hurts her and her trust in him takes a beating.
Their families are another great part of this book. They add both drama and humour with their interactions, antics and advice. Beckett and Gia’s road to a happily ever after is a tad bumpy, with some unexpected detours, a big misunderstanding and some tumultuous feelings that need to be sorted out. Their family and friends help to steer them back on course, urging them to fight for their love and a future together. The conclusion is everything I wanted for them and more. I will certainly be reading more books written by this author.
This wonderful, heartwarming book has my highest recommendation.
What a sweet romance book! I loved the characters of Blue Moon, even if they might have cheesy names. This was such a realistic portrayal of love, and the difficulties adulthood brings. I’ve loved every Lucy Score book I’ve read, and I’m glad this one lived up to my expectations!
I really enjoyed Gia and Beckett. She's a single mom, he's the bachelor mayor. Her two kids are highlights in this story. Plus Beckett's mom and Gia's dad are dating.
They start off having a fling, and then it turns to more. There are some really funny moments and nothing too heavy. It was a quick, enjoyable book, and based on the setting and time of year it's a great fall read.
This works as a standalone, but I enjoyed the story much more having read the first book, plus we get to see updates on Carter and Summer.
Fall Into Temptation is the second book of the Blue Moon series of interconnected standalones. I wish the small town of Blue Moon was real because I would move there in a heartbeat! Gia is a single mom of two, new to town and Beckett’s new tenant. She is strong, determined and will do anything for her children. Beckett is the town mayor and does his best to set a good example for the town. I loved these two from the very beginning! It is a bit insta lust but it worked for them. Their story is sweet and funny and full of family goodness. There is a little bit of spice that was HOT! Overall a great read!
From their first meeting, Beckett Pierce and Gianna Decker suffer from a serious case of insta-lust towards each other which they both begrudgingly admit is not a great idea to indulge in. He’s her landlord, and as mayor is under the town’s scrutiny about who he dates. She’s a single mom new to town that is starting a new business and doesn’t have time for a relationship. Their chemistry is undeniable though, and the more they get know each other the more they like each other. A tentative relationship begins between them but family complications threaten to upend their new happiness together.
I loved this one. Such a cozy and warm book. Small town delightfulness, meddling but caring neighbours, wholesome and loving family, silly shenanigans, and excellent spicy scenes. The way these two were instantly attracted to each other but didn’t try to fight it that much was adorable. The maturity in admitting they liked each other and that “one time” was probably NOT going to get it out of their systems was cute. I’m a sucker for a single parent romance, and I loved watching Beckett fall in love with Evan and Aurora too. That sweet precious girl had him (and all the Pierce men) wrapped around her finger (Bucket 😂), and Evan clearly had hero worship of him. It was honestly a delight to read from start to finish that me smile. Minimal drama, the perfect amount of deep emotion, and a beautiful happily ever after.
Thank you to Bloom Books and Lucy Score for an advance copy of this book for review.
Super cute small town romance featuring the sexy mayor & the new yoga instructor
I was so excited to see where Beckett’s story would take us & I loved the idea of him falling for a single mom. He was so cute with the kids (BUCKET!!!) and seeing him integrate himself into their lives was so so sweet.
Highly recommend for lovers of small town romances
I absolutely adore Lucy Score's writing style. This book (and this fictional town) are such a comfort to me. I'm so glad this book is releasing in the fall, because it's the perfect book to cuddle up with for a chilly day inside. I will be recommending Fall Into Temptation to every romance lover I know.
This is the second book in Lucy Score's Blue Moon romance series, newly rebranded and published by Bloom Books. The story centers on Beckett Pierce, the logical and level-headed Pierce brother from the first book, “No More Secrets,” as he embarks on a romantic journey with his new tenant, single mom Gianna. While the fresh cover design and the republishing of Lucy Score’s work are exciting, this installment fell short of expectations. Despite Beckett being a favorite side character in the previous book, his quickness to judge and his irrational anger toward Gianna felt out of character, making this aspect of the story feel forced and unnecessary. Overall, the book didn’t fully deliver on the promise of Beckett's character from the first novel.
I really enjoyed this one! I love the single mum & small town tropes, and I love Lucy Scores writing style, so I knew I’d enjoy this.
Although it wasn’t my favourite by LS, it’s still an easy & enjoyable read. The banter between the main characters was entertaining, and while Beckett wasn't my favorite, I still thought their story was sweet & I absolutely adored Aurora.
This is definitely a series I’ll be continuing.
★★★½ ROUNDED UP ⬆️⭐️

I want to thank NetGalley and Bloom Books for the opportunity to review this book.
This series has proved to be a fun, spicy, and cozy set of reads! I love the family dynamic of that the Pierce brothers have. I really enjoyed reading Beckett's story, and seeing how he interacted with his family and fell in love with Gia. The continuation of the first book's story was expertly woven in to the second, and made the read even more enjoyable!
If you're a fan of the Gilmore Girls small town TMI feel, you will enjoy this funny and spicy small town romance. Loved the banter between the 2 MCs and the sexual tension was off the charts! Can't wait to read the rest of the series!
Big thank you to NetGalley & Bloom Books for allowing me to read an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
As I write this review I feel like calling this an arc is a stretch because technically this book has been out for a few years. However, it was picked up for rebranded publishing print under Bloom Books. Which I’m not mad about because I love Lucy Score books so I’m glad some of her older books are finally getting some love. Plus the new cover design is beautiful and would look fabulous on any shelf.
“Fall into Temptation” is the second book in the Blue Moon romance series. It follows the next Pierce brother, Beckett on his journey of finding love with his new tenant and single mom Gianna. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed in this one. Which honestly was unexpected because in book 1 “No More Secrets” Beckett was my favorite side character and I couldn’t wait for his romance story. However, for being someone who preferred using logic, he was very quick to rush to judgment. And without getting the full picture and became irrationally angry at the Gianna. That whole moment felt completely out of character and unnecessary. Because before that point the whole book was heading towards a 4 star rating. But Becketts asshole behavior dropped my overall feelings towards the book. Now yes Beckett does redeem himself but it still left a sour taste in my mouth.
Overall, I would still recommend not just this book but the whole Blue Moon series. Can’t wait to see the next brother Jax and his story unfold.

What is in the water in Blue Moon that everyone falls in love so quick?
I enjoyed the second book in this series, but I still can’t quite get over how quickly the relationship between Gianna and Beckett progresses.
I think my favorite part of this book was all the scenes with the whole family together. And then the ones with the kids. I’m a sucker for books with cute kids.
I definitely wanted to shake Beckett for some of the things he did/said. And I am glad that he came to his senses and realized he was in the wrong.
Overall cute and I will definitely continue reading the series.
Thanks Bloom Books for the eARC.
I adored this book! The kids really made this book for me. Aurora was just so adorable. I loved the brothers and their relationship. It was fun that they resorted to their inner child when they were together. And of course Beckett and Gia. They couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. Loved it!
Fall into Temptation is a small town romance that is cozy, funny, and heartwarming. Lucy Score writes characters that I always find a way to root for & I enjoyed the chemistry between the two in this one.
Small town romance is certainly a comfort genre for me and this book was no exception. Are they predictable - yes. Do they have zany characters that don't seem real - sure. Do I still giggle and grin like a kid when I read these? Yes!
I received this eBook as an ARC from Netgalley (thanks to the author and SOURCEBOOKS Bloom Books as well!) - I did not realize this was book two of a series until I went to write my goodreads review. Thankfully, it was a standalone (overall) there is another couple in this book that clearly had their own book first but it was easy to follow as a whole (now I need to go back and read though!)
I liked the found family vibes and the support that the small town (though meddling at times) gave.
If you want a cozy read with some pumpkin "spice" (Hello fall vibes!) this one would be great to add to your TBR pile!
Rounding up to a 4/5
Fall Into Temptation by Lucy Score is a blissfully heartwarming small town romance that will enchant you with the love, charm you with their delightful town, humor you with its’ chaotic hilarity, entertain you with its’ steamy spice & warm your soul like a cup of hot cocoa on a cold day.
This is book #2 in the Blue Moon series, which could be read as a standalone, but the first one was an easy five star for me, so I recommend starting there!
Fall Into Temptation is great for fans of…

Blue Moon is the blueprint for idyllic small towns with kindness grown into the foundation with the hilarious & meddling townsfolk whose antics are sure to cause laughs. I also absolutely adore the two families at the center of this story.

Beckett and Gianna
We continue the story of Blue Moon, a small town where everyone knows everyone, the gossip line is hot, and anyone would lend a hand. Book 1, we follow Carter and now it’s his brother Beckett. This is a stand alone but interconnected so I would suggest you read in order.
Beckett..the Mayor of Blue Moon. Now that Carter is off the market, the next bachelor is Beckett. As he watches Carter settle down, he has to admit, he sees the appeal. Especially after he meets the new Yoga teacher in town. He is intrigued the first time their eyes meet. Oh, she is also his new tenant. And has 2 kids. So..complicated.
Gianna has finally packed up and moved to Blue Moon with her 2 children. It’s time for a new life. She has always liked BM, as her father lives there. There is word that he is dating someone so Gianna can’t wait to see what is happening there. For work, she was able to take over an existing studio so is opening a yoga spot. Everything seems to be falling into place. Except for the big crush she has on her landlord, and the town Mayor.
Another great read. Only 2 books in and love Blue Moon. The people, the town, so very interesting. Love the Pierce boys. So alpha and protective yet teddy bears inside. Look forward to the last brother!
