I absolutely devoured this book! This was my first time ever reading Don Bentley, but I am very familiar with Mitch Rapp and this series, having first read Term Limits (not a Mitch Rapp book) in 2007 and then diving right into Vince Flynn’s other books. There is no one like Mitch Rapp- he is the best at what he does, and he always gets the job done. This latest installment is no different.

This book takes place in 2011, when the hunt for bin Laden is in full swing. It tells of Rapp’s role and takes you on an adventure. There are twists and turns throughout, right up to the amazing ending! I always enjoy being in this world, with the counterintelligence and intrigue, war and espionage, and I think Bentley did a great job with this one. He brought a fresh prospective while keeping to the heart of Rapp’s story.

Thanks to Atria/Emily Bestler for an early finished copy of this book.
