Beautiful conclusion to the Artefacts of Ouranos series. Tuli does a wonderful job of wrapping up the multiple story lines she developed through the series and showing us how everything came full circle.
I loved getting to see this new side of Lor and Nadir's relationship. I felt like this is the first time they were able to find solid footing and demonstrate their connection and unity as characters -- especially after everything they had been through. I loved getting to see the stories of other side characters play out from Willow and her rising magic to Tristan's acceptance of his new role. I think Nisha did a wonderful job of showing how the characters rose to the occasion and their destinies -- whatever those maybe (can't spoil everything!).
The book did a nice job of wrapping up a lot of lingering questions and plot threads that have left me wondering over the course of the first three books. It offered some insights into new characters, the end of some characters, and provided redemption arcs for others. I think Tuli did a nice job of balancing the stories of each.
I can't wait for more from Tuli and the new worlds she is going to build, but this is definitely one completed romantasy series you don't want to miss!
Omg this book!!
I was gifted an advanced reader copy of this book and I’m so grateful.
When I tell you the absolute chokehold this series has on me is insane.
This book was brilliantly written and the perfect conclusion of the series. The way Lor grew was such a great thing to witness.
I was kept on my toes the whole book and I never could guess what would happen next.
Nadir is one of the ultimate book boyfriends for all he gave up for Lor.
Gabriel is the ultimate side character and I loved reading about his struggles and life.
Many thanks to Forever and Netgalley for this ARC

Let's start with the important stuff. This book does NOT end like the last one i.e. leaving everyone screaming, crying and throwing up. So there's that.
That out of the way, I'm just completed flabbergasted that the author wrote such an intricate, plot-heavy, twisty series in such a record period of time. Plus, the Nightfire quartet and the Cursed Captors series in tandem?! I digress but still!!...
In short, the finale to the Artefacts of Ouranos was excellent! The fate of Lor and Nadir followed believable and satisfying ups and downs throughout. The pacing was on point, and all the key characters were given perfect page time and their own twists and turns.
As much as I loved Lor and Nadir, my favorite in the end did end up being Gabriel-- Aphelian could have a whole series on its own. Oh and not to throw in any crazy spoilers or anything, but I loved how Mastermind Tuli waited till book FOUR to reveal who the actual villains were. ((view spoiler)
My only meh here was the super cheesy end chapters. It was cute but could have been cut down a bit. But really, not a deal breaker. Thanks Nisha Tuli for a fantastic journey!

It was so bittersweet to say goodbye to these characters. I truly did not want this story to end. I think Tale of the Heart Queen does a great job in wrapping up the story and giving each character what they deserve *ominous music* 👀
This last book is an absolute roller coaster. So many twists and turns that I did not see coming that kept me on the edge of my seat for legit the entire book. These babies go through SO MUCH SHIT. At this point I need Ms. Tuli to write an entire book of them just living boring mundane lives 😂
But in all seriousness, I loved this series and the conclusion of it made me happy. I would absolutely recommend this read 🫶🏻
I can’t believe the time has finally come to say goodbye to Lor and Nadir’s story. I’m so sad that this journey is over, but even though it’s over I’m so appreciative on this journey Nisha took us on. “Tales of the Heart Queen” is an epic conclusion to this fantasy series. All of our questions are answered and the ending was executed well!
I don’t want to say too much because the book isn’t out yet. But I loved the ending to this series. I 100% think everyone will be extremely happy with how all of our favorite character arcs are wrapped up. Because let me tell you I was really nervous going into this final book and had some wild theories. But Nisha didn’t disappoint. Lor and Nadir in particular are truly at their best in the final book. They are both on a united front and because of that their bond is even sweeter. Plus the spice scenes were probably my favorite in the entire series ;)
Overall, I highly recommend this book as well as the entire series. It will definitely go down as one of my all time favorite fantasy series. Also side note I secretly hope we get some spin-offs coming from this world. But even if we don’t I had an amazing time reading about Lor, Nadir, Tristian, Willow, Amaya, and Gabe. Big thank you to Forever Publishing and NetGalley for an arc in exchange for my honest review!
4.5⭐
Brilliant conclusion to the magnificent series but there was a lot of expectations that weren't met because there was bit more tell thanks show. Other than that, all the characters get the end they deserve and we get a thrilling conclusion to the series.
I am so beyond honored to have gotten an ARC for this book. My heart hurts that this series is officially over, but I’m so happy with this ending. I love these books so much and can’t wait to do a full series re-read now that it’s complete🖤
Im so glad to have a conclusion to Lor and Nadir’s story, but sad the series is over! I felt like Lor and Nadir’s relationship was at its best in this book, and it was nice to have the multiple timelines to learn more about character backstories. However, sometimes if felt like there were *too* many POVs, and the pacing was a bit slow for me at times.
I absolutely looooved this series and where it take you in this book. The characters are still so great and the plot just keeps developing. I love that there is so much more to each person than you realized and that you get so see a side of people you never thought you would want to see. Loved the journey!
Thank you to Netgalley and Forever Publishing for the advanced copy of Tale of the Heart Queen.
This is the final installment of the Artifacts of Oranos series, and what an ending! This book perfectly wrapped up not just Lor’s story, but all of the characters that we’ve come to know and love (or hate… I’m looking at you Atlas). My only critique is that some of the side character storylines were wrapped up a little too perfectly to the point where it was cheesy.
Although it’s sad to see something you loved come to an end, I’m excited to see what Tuli writes next.
This was a perfect conclusion to the Artefacts of Ouranos series! I loved Lor's journey. She really got to come a long way and it was great to see such a satisfying end for a wonderful character. There was a lot still to be done in this installment, from resolution in Aphelion (where the story kicked off) to an impromptu trip to the underworld (what?!); this was action-packed with plenty of moments to leave you satisfied in the way relationships developed.
3.75 ⭐️ I was slightly disappointed in this one after being obsessed with book 2 and 3. I still enjoyed it, but I expected more from the finale.
Still obviously adored the characters and the unique world building. My main issue was that it had such an agonizing build up and then the climax was underwhelming. I found myself skimming most of this one. I still highly recommend the series as a whole because I loved it!
I loved this series and I'm happy with the ending. But I did feel like this book took me so much longer to read and get into then the rest. I read the first two books in under a day. This one took weeks. And I never really felt that pull to just devour it like I feel like I should.
Thank you NetGalley and Forever Publishing for the gifted arc!!
This was such an amazing conclusion to this series, and it was the strongest book in my opinion. This was just one of those books that I couldn’t put down.
Lor’s character development was immaculate. For most of the series, she kind of annoyed me tbh. But in this book she finally became the FMC we deserved. The romance was perfect too, and I really love that she kept all of her power and her crown instead of giving it up for love. It was refreshing to see the MMC be the one to make sacrifices. Also so much love to Nadir for being a MMC that encourages the FMC to be unapologetically powerful. Nadir was a great MMC who was so supportive of Lor and encouraged her to be strong and loved her through everything. I’m so glad they got their HEA.
The plot twists in this were TWISTING. I was biting my nails and on the edge of my seat for a large portion of this book. The twist with Rion at the end had me shook. And sweet, sweet Tyr. I’m truly so glad with where the characters ended up, and I felt like I really fell in love with the characters in this installment.
I wish I could physically scream louder because I'd use my supersonic screech to force everyone to witness the glory that is Nisha J. Tuli. My Christmas wish is for this book series to be in every single person on the planet's hands immediately.
Nadir is soooo broody and loving, and Lor deals with her own messed up journey, but the way Tuli weaves their twisted tale is so lyrically beautiful, I will never get over it. She pulls no stops, leaves no punch unthrown, and I SOBBED at the end. This was the definition of a perfect ending to a mesmerizing series. I have loved Lor from the very beginning, and I will continue to champion her until the end of my days.
With Nisha J. Tuli, you never really know what you're getting from the book, but you can count on being completely satisfied when it's all said and done, and that's a guarantee.
It's hard to believe this series has now concluded. It was truly been a wild ride and I can't believe we are at the end and just how perfect this last book shaped to be. It had everything that the previous books had and more. We got the epic love story that is Lor and Nadir, we have amazing action, we got tons of political intrigue and we also see the villains get their due in a way that is so fitting.
The multiple POV's work for me and I loved especially Gabriel's. That man has been through so much and a lot burdens him and to see him struggle with the betrayal of Atlas and carry the heavy burden for Tyr, it just made me love him more. I was rooting for him and I loved seeing where he ended up. It's perfect and I'm so happy for him.
Lor and Nadir were the biggest highlights of the story. These former enemies are now firmly lovers and their love will topple mountains. Even if we started the book with them separated, seeing them fight to get back together was so good to witness and I adored that reunion. And the trust, the courage to be themselves with each other, and just the overwhelming love these two Primaries feel for each other makes their story something truly special.
The growth of Lor was amazing throughout the series, and especially in this book. She hasn't had the easiest of journeys so seeing her get the support of her found family and have the unwavering support from Nadir was everything while she had to make these impossible decisions and try to figure out how to not win the hearts of other kingdoms and queendoms and win her adversaries made for a great plot. I loved those political moments and her rawness in them. She is a diamond and she shines in here. And while she has grown a lot, she still makes mistakes and makes up for them and that's why I truly love her.
This is a fantastic conclusion and I'm so happy that I might've shed a few tears when I finished that last chapter. What a story.
and it concludes... I am quite sad this story is over, I really enjoyed this series. Nisha is a great story teller and I have loved everything I have read of hers.
Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for providing this read. All opinions are my own.
I'm really enjoying this series! I first came across it at my library, and was excited to continue reading with book 4. The stakes have been raised for Lor, who needs to figure out how to save Heart, keep Nadir from death's door, and defeat Zerra. I think my favorite development (besides Lor and Nadir's relationship) is Lor finding her family. The same girl we saw in book one who was scrappy and trying to stay alive is now a queen with powerful allies. Highly engaging, fast paced read that will keep you going all the way through.
Thank you to Forever Publishing and the author for an advanced readers copy of this title.
I squealed when I got approved for a copy of Tale of the Heart Queen. ♥️ I am a fan of the series and the characters and it being the last book I was ready to see where the story went and how it ended.
I was not disappointed as this book continued with the action, suspense, mystery and love. There are many moving pieces to this story and it came together beautifully in the end.
I would rate this book at 4.5/5⭐️ and overall a 5⭐️ series. I will continue to recommend this series!

I really hate that I’m not finishing an ARC, but I simply couldn’t continue. The writing felt hollow and emotionless?
For me, the series peaked at Book 2. I thought Book 1 did a great job of world building and had lots of captivating twists and turns. Book 2 was elite with its plot and Lor and Nadir’s sexual tension. Book 3, on the other hand, was a mess. When it came to this book, I was simply bored and not at all invested.
I may just not be in the right headspace for this book. Perhaps I’d enjoy if it I binged each book back to back. I forgot a lot of plot points from Book 3 since I read it 7 months back.
