Magnificent! I am always skeptical with books that promise a number of steps or laws to achieve anything. But Blake Morgan delivers on this one. I really enjoyed the stories and business profiles that coincided with each of the laws. I took a ton of notes and have a lot of highlights. I will certainly be recommending this one! 5 Stars!!

I read this book to see as a previous "wantrepreneur" and a general fascination with business/finance.

Actually, I was surprised to read this book and realize how I can use some of these aspects towards my librarian job. The "8 Laws" keep me in mind to be conscious of the customers (or "patrons" as we call them at our library) and some of the supervisory responsibilities I have to do too. Even if readers don't intend to eventually have a business, currently are a leader in a business, etc., I still think reading this book can help towards improving supervisory experience, improving customer satisfaction (if you're self-conscious on that at work/business), and otherwise.

Thank you again to NetGalley, the author, and the publisher(s) for getting to read "The 8 Laws of Customer-Focused Leadership."

I was interested in this book and glad to have access to this advanced reader copy. The book has a strong focus on customer experience in today's modern world as well as provides an outlook in the future of customer service. There are eight rules described in the book: establishing customer focused mindset, exceeding long term expectations, laying out long term customer success strategy creating 90 days plan, embracing futuristic outlook for customer service, keeping employees in mind because they are also customers, evaluating and measuring success via business analytics tools, setting correct priorities. The book has plenty of interesting examples and helps to grasp customer success skills.
