There was not enough plot for me, but it is a cute romance for readers who like small slice of life snippets.

Sweet, Fluffy, Cuteness that's this graphic novel in a nutshell and a absolutely love it. Poly relationships don't get a lot of attention so seeing this graphic novel give them such holsome representation is a cherry on top.

Love this book!!! The series has been great and although I'm sad at the though of the almost indefinite hiatus the author has put it on, it makes the entire series all the more dear to me

Big fan of the WEBTOON! I love the relationship between the four mains of our polycule. Goth is near and dear to my heart. Having read this on WEBTOON I kinda already knew where it was going but it was still as fun as I remember. If you like queer poly representation pick this up.

Okay so it should be established that I am always here for another volume of Boyfriends! It’s a little silly but a lot of fun and also just such a joy to read a book that is so undeniably queer. It’s a polyamorous relationship between 4 queer guys (at least one of whom is trans), and the side characters are 4 women in a polyamorous relationship, also with at least one trans character. I also loved how this volume was purely exploring the relationship between all the boyfriends, from seemingly silly stuff like figuring out a four-way kiss, to moving in with each other. I had such a fun time reading and it’s always so easy to re-immerse myself in their world and enjoy it! I’m also super excited to see what happens in the next volume when all the boyfriends are living together and moving past college!

Also, if it wasn’t already clear, I highly recommend checking out the series and catching up to some great stories!

The most wholesome foursome is back with all new domestic adventures full of complicated feelings they'll have to confront if they wish to succeed in their relationship. This time, their struggles centered around the theme of "what do I bring into this relationship?" and "am I enough?" These anxious feelings crop up in each of them in very different ways--like not wanting to be a burden to the others, feeling like they're taking advantage if they don't do just as much as the others, relying too much on others, and so on. At the core, their insecurities are about self-esteem/self-worth, and I love the gentle way each one learns that a) those intrusive dark thoughts are not reality, and b) that they can rely on each other to remind themselves of this. Supportive boyfriend for the win! Not a page goes by that doesn't make you root for them. Once they figure out something is bothering one of their boyfriends, the jump into action and become excellent listeners and communicators. Which is great since there's a huge step in their relationship--a level up, as Nerd would probably say--towards the end of the volume, that just made me excited for what's to come next.

I was very excited for volume 3 of this series as I was immediately hooked from book 1, however, I found this volume to be a bit of a let down. Unlike the other 2 volumes, this one seemed a bit disjointed at times and there were several moments where I simply felt like I was missing something between tracks. It was a bit odd and I found it harder to get into this volume and to really care about what was happening. I still liked this volume and will continue to read the series, however, this volume was 4 stars rather than 5 since it did seem like it wasn't entirely cohesive.

This series is just so charming and cute. I continue to love the art style and the characters. I always love getting to see more about everybody and I even love the slightly sadder and more serious moments. The author does a great job of making the story have some sadness while not letting it bog down what is essentially a super happy and fluffy feel good story. But the darker aspects help give it some depth and weight. Overall this series is just so cute and continues to be so much fun. I feel like I could keep reading about these four forever. Can't wait for more volumes!

Thank you to the publisher for providing this eARC via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Awww this series continues to be so soft and sweet! Their open communication and constant support of each other is just so wholesome. And the polyam and queer rep continues to be amazing!

This particular volume was so sweet and made me cry when a character was struggling with not feeling like enough. I really appreciate books that can have me laughing one minute and teary the next.

Thank you to Webtoon Unscrolled and NetGalley for the eARC. All thoughts shared are my own!

To be completely honest, I requested this one at the request of my teenage child. They have a friend who loves this series and wanted to be able to say they got to read the next one before their friend. It is a pretty typical teen/ya LGBTQ+ manga with specifically polyamory. It explores the ups and downs of that in only the way a manga can.

Loved this. I've been a fan of the series since it was just on Webtoon. This pastel polycule just warms my heart and makes me feel good. In this chapter of their lives they're all struggling a little bit with the pressures of school, toxic parental relationships, and uncertain futures. Watching them take turns to support one another is so wholesome and wonderful to see.

I love the (literal) rainbow of color and representations that the boyfriends and girlfriends represent in these stories. I hope for many many more chapters to come.

Delightful, as always. Thank you to NetGalley and Webtoon Unscrolled for the free eARC!! I love this series so much and this volume as delightful. The art style is colorful and bright and makes for such a happy tune. The story itself is very light, but the characters still have depth and growth. In this volume in particular, I love the way we really get to see these boys' relationship deepen and see how far they've grown since they first began dating.

As expected, I’m as obsessed with this volume as the previous ones! The cuteness. The sweetness. So tender. So pure. I loved watching their relationship grow and learning more about some of their backstories. The comedic 4th wall breaks also added a whole other level of humor and the art was absolute eye candy as usual. Such a wonderful experience to read it and just stare at the pastel pictures lovingly lol. Loved it!

Another amazing volume by Refrainbow! I LOVE the inclusivity and normalcy that the author has built this Webtoon setting in. The four main characters are so communicative, kind, and honest with each other that I wish more people reflected their values in real life. The colour choices of the illustrations are incredibly eye catching and fun. In fact, I may try to cosplay as one of the characters just for an excuse to take up some of the character’s fashion choices (like can we talk about their Halloween outfits??!!). Whether you are looking for a cute, short, LGBT read or want to read something with versatile characters, please pick up this series!

I have always really enjoyed the Boyfriends webcomic. I think the colors and art style are so pleasing and the characters are so fun and cute. Plus you rarely (almost never) see polyamory portrayed in media and I love a good, healthy poly relationship. I think volume three was really great! It dives a little more in to some of the family dynamics and histories of the characters and is bringing more of their individual personalities to light while showcasing their individual strengths within their relationship. I cant wait to read more of this cute comic!

I love these dweebs so much it makes my heart ache. Who knew reading a cute little comic about 4 beautiful boys would fill my heart with so much joy? It's so sweet just to watch them comfort and support each other. To see them love and support unconditionally. I love the addition of our beautiful girls and I hope we see more of them interact! I could seriously read this forever.

I love this graphic novel! The story is so pure and a delight to read. I miss the world of cute romances and Boyfriends brings it!! Beautiful colors and artwork, a cute storyline, and an overall joy to my reading day. I have read this on WEBTOONs online but I love that these are physically being published!

Thanks to NetGalley and WEBTOON for allowing me to reread this graphic novel before publication!

I love Boyfriends. so, so, so much. It is one of the most wholesome comics if not the most wholesome comic that I have read. The representation is amazing and optimistic and is refreshingly queer. I hope this comic gets more popular because I want more people to feel the joy I got from reading this. Thank you to Netgalley for providing an eARC, it did not affect my rating.

This is a cute story about a group of boys who are all dating. There are funny and serious parts in this story. It also has some great examples of good communication between people who all have their own issues. Really enjoyed this story.
