Great for school counselors! I will use the short bits of advice and information as psychoeducation for my older students.

This book is short, easy to follow. Most of it is basic information that most people with depression already know. There were a couple of suggestions that I had forgotten about, & reinforced others. So good beginner level. #HowtoUnderstandandDealwithDepression #NetGalley

An excellent, beautifully designed guide on depression. Easily skimmed, you get loads of helpful holistic/medical info in brief chapters that you can read at your own pace if in the throes of depression. Highly recommended!
