I highly recommend this book. I love the series. A truly enchanted story with magic and an unfortunate death. A. Mystery to solve.

I've really enjoyed the author's cozies, and this is part of the Kitchen Witch series, #6 and I'm glad to see not the end of the series.
Mia, a kitchen witch lives in Magic Springs, Idaho. She's excited to be catering the Miss Magic Springs Harvest Pageant with her catering business and cooking school, Mia’s Morsels.
When a pageant mom is found dead, and another is hospitalized she must try to solve this mystery in time for a new queen to be chosen. Is magic in use here and can the coven solve this in time before another disaster strikes? Lots of twists and turns that had me guessing right til the end.
I was given a complimentary copy of this book.
All opinions expressed are my own.

She is also working as the lodge catering director for Frank Hines, manager of the Lodge. Mia is a kitchen witch. They are about peace and harmony. She holds the family mantle of kitchen witches. Trent Majors is Mia's boyfriend. He runs Major's Groceries along with his father, Thomas Majors. Abigail Majors is Trent and Levi's mother and Mia's manager for Mia's Morsels, Christine Adams is Mia's employee and is dating Levi Majors who is Trent's younger brother. James Holden is the Lodge's chef., Cerby is Trent's Hellhound (magical dog) who is a 6 month old maltese, Mr. Darby is mia's magical cat; Gloria is Mia's kitchen witch doll her familiars; Grans is Mia's grandmother. Mark Baldwin is the police chief who has just found out that the town was full of witches and his wife and daughter are also witches. The other characters just add to the story.
The coven has given the Magic Springs Pageant to Mia's Morsels to cater as well as being held at the schoolhouse. Abigail is overseeing the running of the pageant. Bambi Parry is the event coordinator for the pageant. The contestants and their mothers are: Crissy and Tatiana Evans; Rachael and Marnie Carter; Kristin and Carla Manson and Melony Sellers who lives with her grandmother. They were at the schoolhouse to go over the layout of the pageant.
Cerby is finding magical potion bags on the grounds of the schoolhouse. They appear new. Are they there to sabjotage the pageant. Mia finds Carla Manson dead in the upper schoolhouse room. She had been upset during the tour for the pageant. There was a potion bag in the room. the coven felt Carla's was the victim of her own magic spell.
Trent and Mia went to dinner at a new restaurant. The chef is an old school friend of Mia's, Brad Heinrich. He later calls her and asks her out to dinner to catch up. They go to the Lodge. When Trent and Mia get home and go into the schoollhouse they see a new ghost next to the fireplace. Mia asks who she is but the ghost disappears. Later they find out that it is Carla. There have been other ghosts in the building. Cerby found another potion bag but this one glowed when she showed it to her Gran. They realized that Carla did not make the potion bags.
Thomas has volunteered to be a judge at the pageant. Abigail is so upset that he is doing this that she moves in with Mia.
Christine and Levi are arguing. She is also trying to decide what she wants to do now that she has graduated from cooking school. Although Mia will miss her she realizes that Christine needs to do this. Christine leaves to go to her brother's wedding. She asked Levi to come but he refused. Later he realizes that Christine means too much for him so he decides to go to the wedding. When they get back after the wedding they tell the family that Christine has decided to take the new job in Portland and they are getting married.
This is where the story takes off on an adventure that is too much to put on paper. There are so much going on that I will leave it to the reader to enjoy. There are so many twists and turns to the surprising ending,
I have read this series from the beginning with One Poison Pie. You get to know and love the people who make up the town. I look forward to the next book in the series.
Thank you NetGalley and Kensington Publishing Corporation for this ARC.

Mia is a kitchen witch, living in Magic Springs, Idaho where many residents are magical. She owns Mia’s Morsels, a catering business, but has to work at the local resort under a horrible boss who is out to get her. Her company wins the contract for the Harvest Festival beauty pageant (run by the local coven) and Mia finds out that beauty pageants can be dangerous! One mom is out to have her daughter win at any cost. When a contestant’s mom dies and another becomes sick, Mia and her group work to ensure the safety of all and find the culprit.
The story has great characters. Mia and her friend are in love with brothers and their potential mother-in-law already considers them her daughters. Mia’s boyfriend, Trent, has the cutest familiar ever…a werewolf in the form of a Maltese! The mystery was clever and I didn’t guess who was guilty of using her magic to win her daughter the contest and it was a fun read.
Thanks to Kensington Publishing and NetGalley for the ARC.

My heart leapt into my throat when I finished this because I thought the series might be over, and this was my favorite of all the books so far. I checked and thankfully it isn’t. This latest is so much fun, and we learn more about everyone’s past, more about the citizens of the town, the coven, and just so much more. All the while, poor Mia is trying to run her business, run the Lodge’s business, and solve the latest in murderous mishaps. I just love all the characters, and I hope there are many more stories. Oh, why did I think this series might be over? Read this and find out! A wonderfully well-written addition to the series; can’t wait for more! Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

"Six Stunning Sirens" the 6th instalment in the "Kitchen Witch" Mystery series by Lynn Cahoon which releases September 24, 2024
Mia Malone is looking forward to catering the Miss Magic Springs Harvest Pageant, part of the local coven’s big autumn celebration—until death puts a chill in the air . . .
I love visiting Magic Springs, Idaho and catching up with Mia, Grans, Christina and Abigail. This time it’s the Harvest Moon Festival and a coven beauty contest that Mia and the gang are hosting , what could go wrong…
I adore Trent’s familiar, a cute little Maltese Cerby and the things he was getting up too. Can’t wait to see what Cerby gets up to in the next book as they learn to raise a hellhound…
I found the mystery very interesting as well as entertaining, full of twists and turns that kept me guessing till the very end. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Mia and Mia’s Morsels in book 7.
I highly recommend this series to all my cozy loving friends.
I requested and received an Advance Reader Copy of this book from Kensington Books and NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my OWN.

SIX STUNNING SIRENS is the sixth book in the Kitchen Witch Mysteries by Lynn Cahoon. While this can be read as a standalone, the characters and the story arc of their personal discoveries, skill development, and relationships makes it worthwhile to start from the beginning. Ms. Cahoon’s expertise at crafting well-plotted mysteries with memorable characters keeps readers coming back for more and this newest release is no exception. Protagonist Mia Malone is one of those caring women who takes friends and coworkers under her wing to nurture, protect, and feed. Not only does she work a full-time demanding job for a local resort, but she’s also the owner of Mia’s Morsels, a catering company. Finding herself amid hosting the Harvest Moon Festival, along with its signature beauty pageant, Mia has her hands full, especially when magic seems to take out some of the contestants’ mothers. Her investigation into the murder(s) is methodical, and she hunts down the clues with the help of her friends and grandmother. There are several suspects to choose from, along with other magical mysteries to keep the reader turning pages. I’m looking forward to finding out what’s next for Mia and the gang!

I have not yet found a book in this series by Lynn Cahoon that I have not liked. The books move fast and she develops her characters well

Six Stunning Sirens is the sixth book in Lynn Cahoon’s Kitchen Witch Mystery series. It has a wonderful cast of characters and some adorable familiars. The mystery was good with some twists and turns involved. It kept me engaged from start to finish. The book can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading all the books in the series. You get a better feel for the personalities of Mia, Trent, and the rest of the gang. Another great read!

Mia owns a catering business and is in charge of the fall festival in which a new witch will be named to be the coven leader for the year. That's right, cooking, a coven, and maybe too much magic for everyone's safety.
This delightful addition to the Mia series is delightful with just enough suspense to keep the reader engaged without too much brutality.
A terrific cozy read. I will reread in the halloween season

Lynn Cahoon is the most prolific mystery writers out there, and with the 6th full novella/novel in the Kitchen Witch Mysteries, things are coming together quite well. Mia's ex comes back to haunt her, but it helps set direction for her future relationship with Trent. Levi and Christina take a step forward, and we learn a lot more about the larger coven. Toss in a beauty pageant where the contestants and their mothers all have secrets to hide and cause quite a stir about town. Thankfully, Mia's boss is dealt with so we can have one less drama (tho he did create a few good side stories). Great installment!

As I started to read #SixStunningSirens #NetGalley, I knew I was going to be in for a wild adventure.
Mia is a fun, lovable character, and I knew that I was going to love this book.
Mia owns Mia's Morsels, a catering business that she is determined to make a huge success. Unfortunately, Mia still needs her job as catering director for the lodge, after all, she still has bills to pay.
Her boss makes life difficult for her, but Mia sees through him and makes all her events memorable.
When her own business wins the contract to host the Magic Springs Harvest Festival, Mia has her hands full. One parent will do anything to have her daughter be crowned queen, and it's up to Mia to figure it out.
This is my favorite book in the series so far, it captured my attention from the beginning and I couldn't put it down.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for selecting me to read an advanced copy of this book.

Book six in her Kitchen Witch Mystery series, Lynn Cahoon has done it again with her latest novel, "Six Stunning Sirens". What a great cozy mystery!
