A wildly silly middle grade book, some of the humor skews a bit older than the intended audience range. Nonsensical plot with some jarring tone shifts (for example a character's parents getting murdered then immediately a joke about him peeing...) but I like the message of equality and was engaged the whole time through the wackiness, and am curious to see where the characters go next.
