The Petit-Four Score: A Lora Weaver Mystery by Katy Leen is a delight! This cozy mystery is filled with humor, charm, and just a touch of suspense. Lora Weaver, the quirky and curious protagonist, is a breath of fresh air as she navigates her way through the mysteries of Montreal. The setting is wonderfully immersive, and the witty dialogue kept me hooked from start to finish. (I received an advance reader copy and all opinions are my own.) If you're looking for a fun and light-hearted read with a lovable lead, this book is a must-read!

Fourth book in the Lora Weaver mysteries
Lora Weaver is living in Montreal with her boyfriend Adam and has become a trainee PI at her best friend’s private investigation agency. On her latest stakeout, she takes her eyes off her target for just a few minutes and he ends up well and truly dead. Just another day in the life of a trainee PI.
Delightfully littered with French words and expressions. Evidently a book 5 will be following.

A dodgy divorce case, a mysterious message, and a frolic with fate! Good book! This book was like a cozy mystery type of read! It had suspense, intrigue, murder, mystery, a decent who done it and a few twists and turns! The story was interesting! I do prefer a bit more grit to my books but this was worth reading! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!
