A must have for those who love anime, with super cute artwork and delicious recipes that tie in to anime series and movies. Beyond fun!

Thank you Netgalley and Nadine Estero for an eARC in exchange of an honest review
This is a nostalgic and ADORABLE. Each recipe tells you the anime, season and episode that it is referenced from, and it's not limited to a specified genre! I love the images, the easy to follow step-by-step guides, however, I would have liked actual images alongside the beautiful illustrations. I recommend this as a good beginner cookbook for anime/manga lovers, and even those who want a relatable experience for cooking!

This book is so adorable! There are many different types of recipes from drinks to meals to desserts, and they’re all based on foods found in anime movies, shows, or games! The photos used are all very aesthetic and look cute (and yummy!) This would be a perfect gift or any anime lover. I plan to buy a copy for myself and a few to give as gifts when it releases!

I follow Nadine Estero on Instagram which is a lot of fun, so seeing her newest book I was definitely intrigued.
In this collection are some of her most successful recipes inspired from anime. Everything is illustrated, which is quite different from her channel where she contrasts the anime to her live rendition, but it makes the book super cute.
My daughter was looking at it with me and wanted to try everything... so I obviously have a lot of cooking in front of me.
I haven't tried any of it yet, but they all look a lot of fun, even if some are a little too strange even for me.

The recipes look good and the art style is very cute and aesthetically pleasing! I live the concept of this and can’t wait to try some recipes to have with my favorite anime.

Thanks to the author and NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I cannot describe how in love with this recipe book I am for a variety of reasons:
- it features dishes from beloved anime, such as Death Note, Sailor Moon Cardcaptor Sakura, Spa x Family, Naruto, and so many more. I love that not only lists anime where the dish appeared but also describes a particular scene in which it appears and its significance;
- the recipes vary from easy and fast recipes that could be accomplished without a hassle to elaborate and time-consuming but no doubt delicious masterpieces, also, the author does a great job going step-by-step providing a lot of guidance and truly detailed advice, as well as some tips to ingredients acquisition;
- THE ILLUSTRATIONS. Absolutely adorable, beyond perfection.

This is the cutest cookbook I've ever seen. The layout, the artwork - it's just perfect. Anime food always looks delicious and I'm happy to try some of the snacks I've always wanted to try.

I absolutely love this cookbook. In order to truly review it, I’ve med about 7 recipes from this book and they did not disappoint. My kids love this book also, because watching the beautiful illustrations truly makes this an appetising read! And I truly healed my inner child as the same time. I love this cookbook! Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC. I’m going to the kitchen next for more cooking.

I love love love this book! It has everything you need for trying out your favorite anime's food. I also love that each recipe tells you where the inspiration came from! Can't wait until this is out!

This book is an absolute gem for both anime enthusiasts and food lovers. This incredibly charming recipe book brings the flavors and dishes from popular anime series to life, allowing fans to recreate their favorite on-screen inspired meals at home.
Each recipe is meticulously detailed, making it accessible for cooks of all levels, and the vibrant illustrations paired with step-by-step instructions capture the essence of the anime it draws inspiration from. Whether you're preparing onigiri from "Naruto," the mouthwatering celestial strawberry float from "Sailor Moon ," or the delightful pumpkin herring pies from "Kiki’s Delivery Service," this cookbook transports you straight into the heart of your favorite anime worlds.
The anecdotes and trivia sprinkled throughout add an extra layer of enjoyment, making it not just a cookbook but a true celebration of anime culture. It’s a must-have for anyone looking to combine their love for anime with a passion for cooking. Highly recommended!

I don't think I'll make many recipes from this book, but the red bean buns and the honey milk I could 100% see myself giving a go. However, I do think this book would be so cute if you were having an anime viewing party with friends over, because those Naruto onigiri absolutely needs to be made for something like that.

Thank you to NetGalley and publisher for allowing me to read this arc
This cookbook is for all Anime lovers it is cute and well set out, allowing fans to make certain dishes from their favourite shows. The recipes are set out in sections with easy to follow step by step guide and most use everyday ingredients or a quick visit to your local Asian grocery shop would supply everything needed. This cookbook would be a great way to get your kids into the kitchen and learning a new skill in a fun way.

This book is so well done. I'm looking forward to making my first recipe from it! The art is great, the food looks tasty, and the premise of cooking food from your favorite anime is great.
Thanks for letting me see it as an ARC!

Oh my goodness! This cookbook is brimming with adorable details, from the eye-catching color schemes to the delicious illustrations shown on each page. Never before have I seen a cookbook that fills me with so much excitement and makes my eyes pop and my mouth drool. I love that each recipe mentions the name of the anime and the episode the dish was featured in along with some trivia and why the author included it in the cookbook. Just by looking at the pages of the cookbook, you can see how hard the author worked to make the cookbook easy to follow, well-organized, and aesthetically beautiful. I'm definitely gonna give some of these recipes a try!
Thanks to NetGalley for providing me with an e-ARC in return for my honest and unbiased review.

I love anime cookbooks. They are always so colorful and I was not disappointed. I will be buying this book when it is released and letting my weeb self try to make these items. Just remember, the images are very anime style, so if you are wanting them as a reference, some of them won't really help you.

This is a fun cookbook that brings some fun and cute food and drink ideas to life. Teh author shares her journey and why she chooses certain recipes. The recipes are easy to follow and I think I could make them. The art is sooo cute but I would have liked real pictures; I want to see what my end product should look like.

Thank you Quarto/Rock Point & NetGalley for the ARC :)
The illustrations and theming of this Anime Cafe cookbook are adorable! Nadine does a wonderful job outlining where each recipe comes from, and the context in which the food appeared in an anime. Additionally, I love the fact that conversions are thought of-- saves an extra step. Especially with baking, it helps more with the weight measurements rather than Imperial/American cups etc. I love that she also adds cute tips and parts of her research (asking about sourcing of chestnuts for the Mont Blanc recipe) in too.
Many of these recipes are baked goods, so I would say not easy for a beginner-- but I enjoyed reading through the recipes and seeing the amount of joy that compiling and making this cookbook had for the author!

It is a nice blend of so many recipes from different anime! I love the fact that the anime it was inspired from is mentioned and that the illustrations are adorable and make me want to eat the page right off!!

This was a great cookbook. I'll definitely be purchasing this for the library and making some recipes with our anime club.

Perfect for any anime/manga lover! This was so cute and fun! The art style is so whimsical and enticing, it makes me want to try every recipe! It’s so fun seeing recipes for foods from your fave anime’s, it makes you feel even more connected to their worlds. Happy cooking!
