This was a lovely Chrismassy read, enjoyed the setting and the characters even though I had not read any others in the series it didn’t matter

I think it was a very Christmassy book and I loved all the Christmas decor descriptions.

I liked what the plot could‘ve been and the fact that the main characters were enemies to lovers.

But the enemies to lovers didn’t last so long…
The vibe that the main characters gave off was that of friends and I didn't think they had much chemistry.

I thought Raff was very cute helping Fran with everything she needed and showing her what family meant.
I thought Fran really needed to let someone take care of her. And, in the end, she showed how much she liked Raff.

I loved the grand gesture that Raff made at the end.

I just have to say that I thought the chapters were very long 🙈

Reading Christmas books in the middle of the ridiculous hot summer brings me lots of joy. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I wish I had a place like Ever After Street to go to!

Thank you to NetGalley and Boldwood Books. ~I was given this book and made no commitments to leave my opinions, favorable or otherwise~

The story centers on Franca, an ex-ballet dancer who now runs a nutcracker shop on Ever After Street, where Christmas is celebrated year-round. Her shop's success is threatened by Raf, who runs a nearby snow globe shop that he inherited from his grandfather. Franca harbors deep resentment toward Raf, blaming him for her parents' divorce and her difficult childhood. Tensions escalate when the shop owners are told that one of their businesses will have to close, a situation worsened by an accident caused by Raf that injures Franca’s fingers, hindering her ability to work.

Franca, who reinvented herself after a betrayal ended her ballet career, is determined to save her shop by proving that Raf’s snow globes, which are believed to unite soulmates, are a fraud. Despite the slow pacing, the evolving relationship between Franca and Raf, along with the unique focus on nutcrackers and snow globes, adds a refreshing twist to the usual Christmas novel themes. The story also highlights the warmth of Raf’s supportive family, who embrace Franca during her most vulnerable moments. The characters' complex backstories, shaped by their childhoods, enrich the narrative, making this a heartwarming and engaging read.

I received a free copy of, Christmas Ever After, by Jaimie Admans, from the publisher and Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This is book four of four in The Ever After Street series. Business is not booming at Franca's Nutcracker shop. Christmas time is magical in this holiday read, I really enjoyed the book and I wished I lived by Ever After Street.

Such a gorgeous festive book. I loved snuggling up and reading it. The ever after series of Christmas books are such a festive read and they are magical. Who wouldn’t want to live and work in that street.
Franca is bitter towards the snow globe shop and it’s legacy until circumstances mean she has to work alongside Raff the new owner and grandson of the original snow globe maker. His magical matchmaking globes are famous but he is not feeling the love so much himself. When he begins to make nutcrackers for Franca sparks begin to fly and Franca is forced to revisit her childhood and learn some truths. Raff and his family help her learn some magical ways into mending her. This is a great read and I love this author. Thank you NetGalley for this arc in exchange for an honest review.

This was the perfect vacation read for me. Being set in winter, it made me long for cooler days and warm, cozy blankets. I loved this story. I love the characters and how they went from mortal enemies, to friends, to lovers (when they finally allowed themselves to admit it!). The description of the street, the nutcrackers, and the snow globes was delightful. I felt as though I could picture them.

Something I appreciated about the story was how different the families of Frana and Raff were. That is real life, not every family is perfect and Franca needed to feel the love from Raff's family in order to reach out to her own.

The only thing I wish I had known was that this is book 4 in a series. I think the earlier books focus on other people, which means I will have no trouble going back to read them!

Thank you NetGally for the ARC. This was my 1st book by Admans and won't be my last. This is 4th book in the series but can be read as stand alone. It was cute and sweet and the perfect holiday novel.

"Christmas Ever After" by Jaimie Admans is a heartwarming small town holiday romance. The story is about Franca Andrews, a cynical and disenchanted shop owner who is struggling to keep her nutcracker shop open during the Christmas season. Her business is threatened by Raff Dardenne, the owner of a snow globe shop with a magical reputation for bringing couples together.

The rivalry between the two main characters has been going on for years, but when Franca has an accident, Raff unexpectedly becomes her ally. As they work together, Franca begins to see a different side of Raff, which then leads to an amazing slow-burn romance that blossoms amid the festive backdrop of their small town.

This novel has a wonderful cozy Christmas atmosphere, charming characters, and one of my favorite tropes enemies-to-lovers between Franca and Raff. Once I started to read this novel I found myself drawn in to the magic of Ever After Street and rooting for this couple as they work through their feelings and the challenges of the season. This is an amazing small town feel-good romance that also has a lot of heart and magic intwined throughout. If that is what you are looking for this is the perfect book to read. I enjoyed it from start to finish.

Not my favourite of this series but still worth a read. I liked that there were no major dramas and that the characters actually talked through things instead of assuming. A little bit formulaic but would still recommend.

When I read the blurb I was looking forward to this book, it was quite slow and didn't really get going until over 3/4 of the way through, I don't know if it was due to it being part of a series and I hadn't read the others, this may have been a factor, the characters were nice enough and it was well written it just didn't' hit the mark for me

Thanks Netgalley for allowing me to read this book. Franka loves the holidays. She hopes that she can keep her shop open long term. She is trying to come up with ideas to bring customers to her store. A quick read.

I LOVE an enemies-to-lovers trop! This was such a cute Christmas novel......the relationship between Franca and Raff was slow building, but worth the wait. There was tension and misunderstandings and little moments between the two characters that had me laughing and swooning at the same time. I was sure the ending would have gone different and Franca would have taken her opportunity, but she didn't.
I enjoyed how it all came together and worked out in the end! A feel-good Christmas read that everyone will enjoy.

I’ve been a fan a Jaimie Adman’s for years, and especially the Ever After Street series. So I was thrilled to get my hands on Christmas Ever After.

This book focuses on Franca, who runs the nutcracker shop on ever after street.

I really enjoyed reading this story. I didn’t gel immediately with either of the main characters, but as soon as they stopped being at each other’s throats I liked them a lot more. And once I got to know them, I loved them.

The setting is, as always with this series, absolutely wonderful. It’s so Christmassy, and I love the community of people who work there too.

The story is a very enjoyable one, stuffed full of lovely characters (with only one minor one who I really don’t like). I loved Franca’s journey, and the fact that she admitted she’d been wrong. I loved the romance too, and the way Raff and Franca were there for each other.

Overall, this was a lovely story that left me feeling warm and fuzzy. Jaimie Admans has done it again with a wonderful romance set in the most Christmassy place.

I was given a copy of this book, my opinions are my own.

Oh Jaimie, I've loved every story on Ever After Street but this is the crowning glory, although I was shouting at Franca and Raff at one point in frustration it was so lovely that they got together both professional and personal, all I can say is, awwwwww!

Christmas Ever After is the latest glowing installment in the fabulous Ever After Street series, but could totally be read as a standalone.

This book just sparkles with humour and witty one liners, with two genuinely likeable main characters to root for. Franca and Raff have been committed enemies for years, dedicated to sabotaging each other's businesses and reputations, much to the dismay of the local council and their fellow shop keepers.

A quirky twist of bad luck causes them to get to know each other better and see each other in a new light - but will it be enough to stop the Council evicting one or both of them from Ever After Street? You definitely need to read this book and find out! Enjoy.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Boldwood Books for the review copy.
