Marni Mann can never disappoint! Add the Audio to this story and it was amazing. Voices to the characters always adds that extra element that I love and to Marni story telling it takes it over the edge. Brady and Lily were everything! Lily was an FMC that was independent and strong, never can go wrong with that! Brady, OMG! when the MMC falls first and harder I just eat that right up!

I recommend reading The Sinner along with Audio! You wont regret it!!

These Spade Brothers get hotter and hotter each book. This is the third book in the Spade Hotel series. They are all stand alones. Each book has followed a different spade brother and told their story. The characters do make various appearances in each of the books so far.

The Sinner was such a good read.

Brady Spade. That’s it- that’s my review. Only kidding. I thought he was the grumpy playboy brother but boy was I wrong he is such a softy and has fallen hard for one woman. The passion between Lily and Brady is so amazing. The spice is spicing in this book. But it’s not all spice, there’s some suspense thrown in there. I was hooked, it’s addictive.

The audiobook narrated by Ava Erickson and Tor Thom was so good! They were the perfect voices for the characters.

I love Marni’s books, but I think The Sinner is her best work yet! The chemistry. The tension. The spice. The suspense. The “touch her and die” vibes. All of it was absolute perfection and just worked so so perfectly. I loved Brady and Lily, they had this immediate chemistry and sexual attraction that was like magic. And once they reconnected and the genuine romantic feelings got involved? SWOON! I love a little intricate and suspense with my romance, and the suspenseful elements of this story really amped up the tension and I just devoured it. Tor Thom and Ava Erickson were the perfect duo to bring these two to life, and they made it such an enjoyable listen! I loved getting glimpses into the lives of the other Spades and Coles, and I’m so excited for the rest of the books in this series!

This book was a wild ride from start to finish and at no point did I know what was about to happen…and I loved every minute of it. Brady Spade is everything I want in a billionaire alpha hero and will do whatever it takes to protect Lily. The chemistry and spice in this book were both top tier. No one writes spice quite like Marni and I love that I can always count on her books when I need something extra spicy. The suspense in this book get me guessing the entire time and I like that this story was a bit darker than the other books in this series. Brady’s protective streak was everything and the way her showed Lily that he loved her and would care for her had me swooning. Also, I did not see the ending coming AT ALL and I loved that because I am not surprised very often. I loved getting to see the other Spades and the Dalton’s more in this book and I am so excited to get the Cole Brothers’ books next!

Ooh this book was all sorts of spicy and delicious! I loved Lilly and Brady so much! The chemistry between these two was off the charts and their story was phenomenal! This story was emotional, suspenseful, romantic, hella spicy, and so captivating. I could not stop listening to this book and I can’t wait for more from Marni Mann!

Ava Erickson & Tor Thom were amazing as the narrators. I really loved how they expressed these characters emotions. I feel like Tor’s female voice could use some work, but other than that this was such a good audiobook!

Rating: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Sinner is the 3rd book in The Spade Hotel series and is Lily and Brady's story. Brady is a Playboy who never wanted relationship, but from the moment he first sees Lily that changed.
These two had an instant connection and the chemistry was undeniable. The heat from their first night together was scorching hott, enough to set the pages on fire.

Lily has a traumatic past that still haunts her and she was afraid it would scare Brady away. I lived his open Brady was with his feelings.
I loved seeing him fall, and the lengths he would go to in order to protect Lily was amazing to watch. The suspense element took the story to a next level making this novel a bit darker than the previous books but no less enjoyable.

The Sinner gave us a great blend of romance, chemistry, seduction and suspense making it a story I couldn't put down. This was a fantastic addition to the series and I can't wait to see where the author takes us next. I would definitely recommend this novel.

I listened to the audiobook version of this novel which was narrated by Ava Erickson and Tor Thom. They gave a wonderful performance and made the characters feel real. Their voices were clear and understandable and they really brought the story to life. I enjoyed listening to them narrate this novel.

Listen here.. How is anyone supposed to be happy dating when Marni Mann writes these perfect specimens..

I loved that there was no sl*t shaming and the desired one night stand was a proud moment for both parties in that it was an accepted adult thing without any ugliness.

I will say this book felt more erotic than her other books but I also liked how they met, and kept meeting.. a real meet cute if you will..

I think the ending was a bit unneeded but yet I soaked it up like a sponge.. I never want this series to end.. I need more!

I enjoyed book two in the Spade hotel series, so I was excited to listen to the audiobook for book 3, and it did not disappoint. This book is SPICY, so readers beware if you don't like open door spice, then you may want to skip this one. Trigger warnings for domestic verbal abuse, stalking, gun violence. I did feel like Brady had some of the same tendencies that David had, which didn't make him much better than David, but at least he respected Lily's wishes, and made her feel like she had choices. If you have read the Spade Hotel series, the Dalton Family, or the Hooked series, then you will see cameos from the friends and family members from those books in The Sinner, and if you enjoy Marni Mann, then you will definitely enjoy this book. #TheSinner #NetGalley

This book is part of a series, but definitely reads fine as a standalone. The story revolves around sexy billionaire and a beautiful flight attendant. While they both connected wanting a one night stand only, he falls hard and tries to pursue her. Due to her complicated past, he’s unable to find her until a chance encounter several months later. What happens next leads to a steamy and somewhat dangerous relationship. Highly recommend for those who love things a bit spicy.

Marni never fails to take readers not only on a romantic and steamy adventure. While I loved every one of the Daltons, I also crush on each Spade brother and Brady might be my favorite of the three. There’s just something about his dominating and take charge personality with his sweet side that made me fall for him as much as Lily did. Lily for her part, was perfect for him. And though women in need of rescue aren’t always characters I immediately love, Lily fought for her independence and did what she was able to do with the means that she had which made me love her that much more. In audio, Tor Thom and Ava Erickson were cast well for the characters and gave superb performances. The Sinner combines a billionaire, he-falls-first, steamy romance with suspense and takes readers on a delicious and delightful ride.

The moment Brady laid eyes on his flight attendant, he knew he needed to have her. They shared one night and she disappeared from his life. The second time their paths crossed, he did whatever it took to make Lily his. Ghosts from her past threaten their new relationship, but Brady will do whatever he has to do to give Lily a future.

I loved every moment of this amazing story. I couldn’t help but fall for this romance with each page I read. It was so very sweet, while also so very steamy, and the way Brady cared for Lily made me swoon. I adored how he made an effort to keep her safe but also cared enough to make sure she had the freedom of choice where it had been taken from her. I swooned, I fanned my face, and I fell in love with this story. I couldn’t get enough of their sweet and steamy story that I wish wasn’t over. Can’t wait to see what comes next for the Cole brothers.

Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for this ALC.

Ava Erickson and Tor Thom were a wonderful pairing to listen to.

I enjoyed the weaving and wild route this story took. I love me some morally gray/ black heroes.

This was pure Marni Mann magic! I listened to this as an audiobook and I feel that Marni's writing translates to audiobooks really well. The narrators were amazing. They were a perfect choice for this book. I mean Tor Thom could read me a grocery list and it would be hot!! I seriously can't believe how quickly I devoured this book. I mean, I am going to have to go on a diet now! I sidelined other books just so that I could listen to this book. I had to find out how it ended and how they coped with the possessive ex. You will just have to listen and find out!

Big thanks to Netgalley, Dreamscape Media and Marni Mann for an early release copy of this audiobook. This is my honest review.

This book was a good read, and it was narrated really well. I did find the plot plot a bit predictable at times, but it was still a good read and I enjoyed the audiobook. All of the narration was fantastic and I think it really helped picture the characters. I did think when I finished this that it wasn't the most memorable but I've read, and would probably not read it again. But that doesn't mean it wasn't enjoyable and well written.

My least favorite of the spade hotel series.
The ending was kind of disappointing,

Publisher's summary
The first time I saw her, I wanted her.
The second time I saw her, I knew she had to be mine.
Beautiful blonde hair. Cornflower-blue eyes. Body to die for.
All things I knew I couldn’t live without.
But after one night, she ghosted me, leaving me desperate for another taste.
I was usually the one to walk out the door before the morning light came.
This time, it was her—but not without becoming my obsession in the process.
Lily was a mystery.
She had a past shrouded in secrets she was unwilling to divulge.
She was running from something, and I was determined to find out what it was.
And once I did, I’d do anything to protect her.
They called me the sinner for a reason.
Because I wouldn’t hesitate to burn down the world or cross any line to save her.

This bad boy right here yall… I literally didn’t sleep, I couldn’t stop listening to it. I didn’t read the book first or even the synopsis before going in. And I 10/10 recommend doing that. I just knew Marni wrote it, so I had to hear it.

The narrators were perfection. I loved how they brought so much life to the book. I could feel their chemistry! It was a phenomenal performance from both of them. I will
Definitely be looking forward to their next narration.

Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for this ARC!

The Sinner is the third book in the Spade Hotel series, and it centers around Brady Spade and Lily. They meet on a flight and after spending a crazy night together Brady can't stay away. But Lily has a dark past that is stopping her from being with Brady. The story follows their relationship and Lily's past that keeps coming back.

Lets start with the audiobook aspect:
Overall I enjoyed the narration and I like that it is dual narration. Ava Erickson and Tor Thom did a great job in giving the story more life and I felt that they fit the characters pretty well. Some of the spicy scenes did make me cringe a bit but I think the author just adds a lot of detail and the narrators give that more emotion. One aspect that the audiobook didn't translate well was all the texting that happened between characters. The narration of it took me out of the story. I would definitely listen to other audiobooks by these 2 narrators.

The story/plot:
This is my first Marni Mann book and although I started with book #3 it can definitely be a standalone and enough context is given about the other characters that I didn't feel like the reader missed any info/context. The characters were well developed and all the secondary characters were fun and how they interacted, but the actual chemistry between the 2 main characters felt very superficial. It was all about sleeping with each other but the emotional part was lacking. The first 5/6ths of the book moved at a good pace but when it came to the main conflict it got resolved very quickly and it left me wanting more. Throughout the whole book there was the build up for this and then boom it got resolved and in a way that felt too easy. We never got more info and it was a happily ever after.

For myself I never connected with the characters and some of the dialogue was a bit cringe for me. That is why I gave it 3 stars, but I feel like other people might like this more and thats okay. I think I would also need to read the other books in the series to really get to know everyone.
Overall great narration just not my favorite story.

Delicious and sexy! Brady and Lilly were perfect for each other.

A little to much instant-love for my taste, but the spice was just enough spicy to keep me going.

This is my first time reading from the author and I would say I had my expectations quite set a little bit high considering there's a bunch of 5 and 4⭐️ ratings so I'm quite excited about it.

The synopsis, although not to my liking on how it was presented, piqued my interest. I'm quite drawn to the obsessive and touch her and die trope so you see, once again, I had expectations.

Long story short, it felt flat. I don't mind a love at first sight or lust at first sight trope as long as it's written well, but unfortunately, the writing here wasn't something or something that endeared me.

It was pretty disappointing, considering the plot really had potential if just the writing did execute well and utilises the trope in a better light as well as the characters.

Overall, I didn't like it. I really wanted to like this, but I just couldn't.

Thank you, to NetGally and author Marni Mann, for the arc opportunity

The Sinner is the third book in the Spade Hotel Series. It is a one night stand, alpha hole, grumpy/sunshine romance. Lily and Brady's story has angst, drama, and off the charts hot chemistry. You get all the feels. Their connection is explosive from the start. I really enjoyed this one.

Ava Erickson and Tor Thom did a good job bringing these characters and the story to life.

Although this is the 3rd book in the Spade Hotel series this is only the second book I have had the chance to enjoy. They do not need to go in order and work as a stand alone story. Marni Mann delivers another steamy, fully thought, out well written story that will keep you reading (or listening as was my case listening to the audio book of this one) to the end. Ava Erickson and Tor Thom are the narrators and did so well that you just lose your self in this book.

Brady, who was your typical play boy and love them once and leave them type of guy, knew from the moment he saw Lily that she would be his and he would do anything to keep her. He just needed to find a way to convince her of that and wont take no for an answer.

Lily is a flight attendant that loves her job, it keeps her moving and keeps her past from catching up with her... until it doesn't and she needs Bradys help

I was given an ALC to listen to and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
