When Tegan, eight months pregnant decides to visit her brother her life changes forever. She doesnt make it before the snow hits, and she gets in an accident. Hank finds her, and brings her to the home he shares with his nurse wife Polly. Polly keeps her hostage for days! Does the baby daddy find her? Why did she get in an accident to begin with? Does she live? Does the baby? And, what is with the neighbors? In this story told as only Freida McFadden can, we are ourselves held hostage as the tale unfolds!

I gave this book 5 stars! I was hooked from the beginning! I even went so far as to read this while working! As per usual because I am a huge fan of Freida's, I thought that I had correct theories about what was really happening. I was wrong. I did not find out until the end that I was way off. Freida is a master story teller and pulls out all the stops. She is very creative and sneaks in the real villian. You will not regret reading just make sure you have the time to do so or else you will find yourself sneaking!

This book was intense from start to finish. It was fast paced and definitely has you sitting on the edge of your seat. 4.5 stars, almost 5 for me except for one thing.

What's to really say? Freida is a genius when it comes to twists and turns. When you really are convinced you've figured it out, bam, you're wrong. Don't skip this new edition of twists and turns. You will be grateful that Freida has taken her writing full time! Thank you for another wonderful suspenseful thriller! Keep them coming!

Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the ARC of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
Since I started reading McFadden I can't get enough! I highly recommend this book for those who want a fast paced thriller.
A gut-wrenching story of motherhood, survival, and twisted expectations, #1 New York Times bestselling author Freida McFadden delivers a snowbound thriller that will chill you to the bone.
I found the theme interesting and at times plausible.
4 stars

I enjoyed the book. Rating 5 stars. I did catch a few typos and spelling errors. Example someone raps on the door, it should be tap and then there was one part it mentioned a disposal chux pad and the spelling of this was incorrect. It was spelled chuck. I would also recommend to list a trigger warnings regarding the storylines. I did not see any of the twists coming.

Such an amazing book! So many twists that I did not see coming. Thought I knew what was going to happen, and I was wrong!

First, I’d like to say; due to the holidays and enjoying having family over it took me a few extra days. Now…
I was chosen to be an ARC of this beautiful book, The Crash; by Freida McFadden!! Thank you Mandy Chahal too for allowing me to be an ARC reader! Let me just say this too; Freida McFadden…SHE NEVER EVER DISAPPOINTS! It’s a book you must PRE-ORDER NOW! Drop everything you’re doing and go PRE-ORDER!
I will never understand but what I do know is Freida stays serving US with plots, and twists with more turns than WE can handle. This was ANOTHER wild ride. I truly enjoyed this book and it’s ANOTHER FAVORITE of mines!!! 🥰📚

This was another great book from Frieda McFadden!
It had me wanting to keep reading more! It offered a large amount of twists and turns all the way up until the very end even. You start to believe you know where it's headed and wham, you've totally thrown off track. Frieda does such a great job at not letting you be right with your guesses! If you're new to reading books by this author or someone who is avid at reading them, do yourself a favor and don't start this one right away!
Thank you Netgalley for the chance to read this early in return for my honest review.

I was so invested in this story and these Characters! How can someone make me hate someone and love them all in the same book! I could not put this book down. Freida McFadden had my heart in her hands this whole book!
Pre-order now! This is one you will not want to miss!
Beyond ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge thanks to NetGalley, Mandy Chahal, and Poisoned Pen Press for this ARC. Freida has done it again. I could barely put this book down. This book will leave you feeling frustrated with the choices of some of the characters so much so that you need to keep reading in hopes things will get better. By the time I reached the twist, I was already in shock by the actions of others and wasn’t as surprised when things kept getting worse. I really enjoyed this read!

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book. Thank you, Poisoned Pen Press!
This book started off slowly and I was annoyed by the decisions of the main character. However, things picked up and I found the book hard to put down. This book was a little different than other Freida McFadden books in that the writing felt a little deeper and more developed (this was a good thing!). The main character was actually fairly level headed and made mostly reasonable decisions. I found myself really hating the character of Polly which was probably the point but she was extra despicable. I also found myself annoyed with Hank and some of the decisions he made. There was one part towards the end that I felt was not explained well, we needed a chapter told from Hank's perspective and I think that would have helped a lot. I also agree with another reviewer that part of the ending felt really unnecessary, just why??? Since this is an ARC review I will not be including any spoilers. Overall I really enjoyed this book and was glad to read this one early! Freida Readah's will not be disappointed!

I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC of "The Crash" by Freida McFadden from NetGalley and Poisoned Pen Press. I couldn't put it down! Like all of Freida's books, this one sucked me right in and I had to finish it in one sitting. Freida has a way of keeping you invested in the story from beginning to end, and leaves you with a twist that will leave you speechless.

I am so happy and excited to have been granted an ARC for this book.
The wait is worth it. Every page was worth reading and I couldn't even put it down. The ending wasn't how I thought would happen but it left me speechless.
Now, I am waiting again for another Freida book.

Freida does it again! This book like any of her books had me hooked from the second I started. I could not put it down! Suspense, twists and turns around every corner! Adding this to my list of one of my favorites by her! So lucky to be able to receive and ARC! Thank you kindly Mandy Chahal!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for my e-ARC of The Crash!
I absolutely love Freida McFadden, and always look forward to a new book by her, but unfortunately this one missed the mark for me. It didn’t have the big twist that I always expect to get from her books. Almost everything that happened felt like I could easily guess it (except one part but only because it felt like it came out of left field). I enjoyed the dual POVs but it gave too much away in my opinion. Overall, this was just a meh read for me - I didn’t love it and I didn’t hate it.

I loved this book its my 2nd fav so far it kept me on edge and wanting to keep reading even though i never saw the ending was coming 😳 as always but thats what i love about freida’s books. She keeps you wanting more and the plot twist are always so good. You wont be disappointed in this book.

I keep hearing the word "unputdownable" thrown around lately, and this book is the definition of that word. From the first page, Tegan's plight drew me in. I had a few theories about what *might* happen, but Freida always throws me for a loop with multiple turns. I already ordered a book set of these for my library to use for book club. "Misery" light with twists!

“This was a 10/10 for me fr i loved it 🤌🏽 this one had me going through all types of emotions fr 😮💨😂

Well , she did it again. Each book Freida writes keeps me entertained and the pages turning. This book kept my attention from the start. The characters were written so vividly that I felt as if were watching a film. As a young single mom with meager beginnings I could fully identify with the main character and her pains felt like my pains. When it came to Polly I thought she was a monster, but in the end her true colors shown and she was a great person with a few issues that she sought help for. Great book, this one will get a second read though once published,
