Another easy read from Freida. Typical exciting thriller with a twisty ending I didn’t see coming. Read in two days!

Freida has done it again with another fabulous book! Every single chapter kept me engaged just like all of her other ones. Character development was strong from the first chapter. My relationship and feelings with the characters throughout the book changed so many times! I never would have expected this book to take the turn it did after she got in her car to go visit her brother.

Wow!
Well, I was up into the early morning hours finishing this one because I literally could not put it down. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This one felt like a wild Lifetime movie paired with Misery and I couldn't get enough.
I was on the edge of my seat for every part, not even trying to put together the puzzle because I just HAD to know Tegan was going to be okay.
I was wide eyed, cringing, anxious and fully engaged the whole way though.

The Crash has blasted it's way into my Top 5 Freida reads and I think it'll be up there with The Housemaid and Never Lie for fan favorites.

Note:
If you have triggers, I beg of you.. Please check them before you read this book.
I don't want to list them as some view these as spoilers, but I would say there are a handful of sensitive topics in this one.

Thank you, Poisoned Pen Press and Freida McFadden for another nail biting read and lack of sleep.. 😅🤩🫶

I loved this book! It had me hooked from the beginning and I couldn't put it down. Every chance I had I was picking back up where I left off. It had so many unexpected twists and turns that I was on the edge of my seat. I definitely recommend this fast pace thriller to anyone looking for an awesome read.

I just got done reading my ARC of Freida McFadden's "The Crash" and wow!!! It was so good, I couldn't put it down and read it in less than 24 hours. I loved it from beginning to end. My new favorite book of hers for sure. Go pre order yours now! You won't regret it.

Freida has done it again! She is such a great story teller, just when I think I know what is going to happen, she twist the story upside down with one of her amazing twist.
The crash is no different. The story is about a down on her luck girl who comes upon some good Samaritans after a car crash. She soon realizes, good Samaritans are not always good.
This book was fast paced and kept me flipping pages until I was at the end.
Definitely recommend!

I love this book! I was on the edge of my seat from page one. The whole book I was wondering what would happen next i couldn’t put it down. If you have read books by Freida McFadden before, you know how her books have the famous “big twist” that is near impossible to predict. This book was different that I wasn’t trying to figure out the twist. It was just true suspense the whole time and you were wondering how it would all play out. I already read the book but i know when it’s released in January and everyone else can read it i’m going to have major FOMO!

From the first page, I was hooked! The author brings you into the excitement and mystery from the very beginning. I need a book that draws me in right away, and this book hit the mark!

This is not a short book, but I read it in one day. The author really knows how to write a thriller that you NEED to find out what happens.

The characters weren’t overly complex and I liked that Tegan was relatable.

Overall, this is an exceptional read for anyone who loves thrillers.

Freida NEVER disappoints!!! This book I devoured, the way she builds the setting and the characters is everything! When you think you know what’s going on, think again. This book keeps you on your toes!! 10/10 for me.

Always love a cozy cabin with a killer secret kind of book. This book has a great representation of miscommunication and two person interaction. And of course the ending wrapped up the book so great. I hardly could tell the villain and sympathize with everyone. Makes me more cautions around going to strangers houses!

4.5 stars

Tegan is 8 months pregnant & struggling to make ends meet. The father of the baby offers her a large sum of money for her to keep quiet after she finds out he’s married, but she refuses for reasons that she only remembers when she comes face to face with him again. In order to get away from everything for a little while, she decides to go visit her brother. Little does she know, she’s driving into a blizzard & ends up crashing her car. A man comes to her rescue & ends up taking her to his house where his wife, a nurse, takes care of her. But is everything really as it seems?

Freida McFadden has become one of my favorite authors & at this point I will read anything she writes without even reading the synopsis, so I went into this book completely blind & I’m so glad I did. It’s an addicting, locked door style thriller that will keep you guessing. In true Freida fashion, this book had many twists & turns that I did not see coming. However, this didn’t feel like a typical Freida book, but I mean that in the best way possible. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get into the thriller genre. It has easily become one of my top favorite Freida books.

Thank you to Poisoned Pen Press & NetGalley for the ARC.

4.5 stars!!!! This is now one of my favorite Frieda books (second only to the Housemaid!). It had multiple twists weaved throughout and was just really well done! Perfect amount of suspense and truly never knew what was going to happen.

Want to give a huge shout out to Mandy, Poisoned Pess, Netgalley, and, of course, Author Freida McFadden!

This! Before reading, if you have triggers, please check before reading.

I was lucky enough to receive an arc reading, and this DID NOT disappoint! A quick read with the edge of your seat and locked room suspense had me hooked. The twists.. ...OMG

Of course, "I had it figured out.... " and I'm sure you will too..... but will be wrong like I was. I didn't see it coming.

Don't miss out this coming January! This was one of my top Freida McFadden books I have read!

Freida has done it again!

Tegan is 8 months pregnant and in a sticky situation, and there are only a small number of people she can depend on. Just when things are starting to fall into place, tragedy strikes... Thankfully a good Samaritan comes along, and help is always a good thing, right?
As Tegan's "circle" expands and constricts, you'll be right along with her wondering who to trust.

In true Freida fashion, she leaves you guessing right up to the very end. You're never quite sure where you are going to end up by the epilogue of a FM book, and The Crash does not disappoint. I didn't even bother trying to figure out; I was just along for the ride--and what a ride it was!

Wow. Freida does it again! I don’t believe I will ever be able to predict one of her books. The Crash sucked me in from the very beginning and it was the true definition of a thriller. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I never knew what was going to happen next. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to Freida, Mandy at Sourcebooks and Poisoned Pen Press for the opportunity to read this amazing book early!

Thank you to NetGalley, Mandy Chahal & Poisoned Pen Press for this ARC! I love Freida’s books they’re usually quick reads for me and this one was no exception. I was able to read this in 3 days! I love how the book keeps you guessing on what’s going to happen next and who’s the bad guy. I did not expect the twist and I was more than satisfied with the ending!

Tegan, pregnant, gets into a car accident during a snowstorm, breaking an ankle in the process. She is aided by a foreboding man and his wife who promise to take her to the hospital in the morning. Things are not as they seem with this couple and Tegan fears her unborn child and herself are not actually safe. This book is a gut-wrenching, sitting on the edge of my seat, shirk all responsibilities type of book. I read it in one sitting! Thank you to Poisoned Pen Press and Net Galley for the advanced copy.
