Thank you to Netgalley for the ARC for this book, I was late to the party, so I read the others so I could stay on top of it and understand what was going on. I thought it was a fitting conclusion, glad that I was introduced to the series, and still curious where it could have gone from here. You should check it out!

I heartily enjoyed both <i>The Last She</i> and <i>The Last City</i>, so as soon as I saw the final book was available to request on NetGalley, I knew I had to request it!

This was a fast paced, dystopian adventure story. There were multiple perspectives this time so it was interesting to get into the heads of a few different characters. The stakes felt very high, especially with the threat of the Creation.

I can’t say too much about the plot because of spoilers, but there were definitely many twists and turns and I really had no idea how everything would be resolved. I would have liked the ending to be a little less open, but I still really enjoyed this book - and the series as a whole.

Both characters go through significant hardships, but in the end, everything works out despite the challenges they face along the way. I really enjoyed the book; the setting and writing were good. However, the ending left me wanting more—what was that ending? I wish there had been more closure for the characters!

This was a great book! It is a great conclusion to the series! The writing was great and the story wrapped up very nicely!
