Good book, good advice, it does come from a particular religious background and the author makes no bones about that in his preface, but this is not a regular self help book, but rather a book that comes with sound lessons in taking accountability for yourself, but doing so in accordance with gods will.

Nothing wrong with that, but it does make a difference in how I viewed the book. I felt the language was a little strange in places, but its clear that the advice comes from a person who believes in what they're telling you and just wants to share the joy it's given them.

I requested this book not knowing what I was getting into and whether I would like it or not. Fortunately, it was very well written and I enjoyed it. It is written in plain, easy-to-understand language and the approach is down to earth. Every man (or woman) should read it. You will be better for it.
