This newest Teddy Fay novel really put the spark back into the Barrington/Fay series. Battles has placed Fay in international settings where he is the focus of an assassin plot. Teddy, his multiple disguises, is tasked by CIA chief Lance Cabot with stopping plans to kill members of a team on special assignment.
All the characters were likable, even the cameo by Stone Barrington, and held my interest. For fans of the Woods series, this will be enjoyed. Looking forward to more of these post-Woods novels.
