Snow is Falling is the fourth and sadly final book in the Juniper Meadows series by Bennett.

It's Christmas and there's more than a sprinkle of the Juniper Meadows magic in the air ready for the next unsuspecting couple to be...Sadie and Dylan.

I loved the whole Twelve Days of Christmas package idea and maybe it should be something for communities to consider for those who spend the festive period alone.

The characters are great and it's always nice to catch up. Snow is Falling is a gorgeous festive feel-good fiction full of family, friendships and new beginnings.

This fabulously festive read is the 4th book in the Juniper Meadows series. Although it could very easily be read as a standalone, the entire series has been captivating so I would highly recommend that you read them.

The location of Juniper Meadows, the family seat of the Travers family, and now a successfully family-run luxury hotel and spa with workshops, brewery and camp site is in a fictional location in the Cotswolds. I liked the concept of the twelve days of Christmas event at the hotel, although my little antisocial self would only really enjoy some of the events taking place during the festive season.

I loved the characters of Sadie and Dylan. I do enjoy romances that are second chance romances or later life romance, so this story definitely ticked this box for me. Sadie lacked confidence at the beginning of the story but her character progression was truly enjoyable. Dylan was there to reconcile with his siblings after 30 years in the States, and he was not looking for someone to share his life with, although his teenage children after seeing their mother remarried, wanted the same level of happiness for Dylan too. Their chemistry was undeniable, and I just loved the snatched moments of time that Sadie and Dylan had together.

I enjoyed the friendship group they found themselves in when they were staying at the hotel, with a variety of couples and single people who all threw themselves into the activities at the hotel. All of the characters in the story were likeable with a few exceptions, including Sadie’s mother Margaret and Dylan’s father Monty.

This wonderful story left me feeling incredibly Christmassy and really made me crave a snowy December filled with snowmen, twinkly lights and warm spiced apple drinks.

I absolutely loved this book. It’s definitely one of what I would call, ‘a cosy book’ which I adore!! The characters of Dylan and Sadie were just so loveable. I was cheering for them, right from the start! What a lovely lovely book!

Sadie needed to readjust her entire life after finding out her husband is cheating on her. To help her children decided to give her a 12 day stay at Juniper Meadows for the Christmas holiday. There were so many things for her to do while she was there -there was a murder mystery dinner that she knew would be fun to do while she was there.
Dylan has two children, and he knows it is time for him to take them to his childhood home.
Little Sadie and Dylan realize that this trip and their meeting would be a change they both need in their lives.
I loved the chemistry and connection between these two. I was drawn into their lives and enjoyed every minute of it.
This is part of the Juniper Meadows series. I have read one of the others in the series and look forward to getting the others to read them.

Sarah Bennett is another automatic read author for me. This is the fourth book in the Juniper Meadows series, and I've enjoyed my visit there every time.
Sadie was comfortable in life; her children and grandchildren keep her happy and she visits her mother as often as she can though her mother doesn't have the best attitude. She more than anyone else is shocked when she finds her no good husband cheating on her and knows it's time for him to go.
As a way to get her mind off of matters and relax, her children treat her to a twelve day stay at Juniper Meadows over Christmas holiday. Packed with winter activities even a murder mystery dinner she knows it's going to be a blast and a way to make new friends and new memories as she greatly looks forward to it.
Dylan Travers, a single father with two teens has had enough. He hasn't been back to his childhood home, Juniper Meadows in years but for the sake of his children he knows it's time for a reunion. His children need to meet his side of the family as it's not fair on them and he's going to try to reconcile with his father.
As Dylan and Sadie meet, they realize they have much in common and as they get to talking about their similarities, they realize they enjoy each other's company immensely. As the fun continues each day it brings them closer to returning to reality and Sadie leaving this little love nest. Can they make a long-distance romance work, or will it eventually crash and burn like so many long-distance romances do after a while? What a delightful book, I enjoyed reading about the celebration of the holiday and the snow activities that I could picture being done. Christas is the time for miracles, maybe they'll find a few at this time of year. What a delightful and heartwarming continuation of the Juniper Meadows series. I hope it will continue.

I recently indulged in Snow is Falling by Sarah Bennett, and it was everything I hoped for in a festive romance. Set in the enchanting Cotswolds, the story follows Sadie Bingham, who, after a life-altering event, finds herself on a much-needed retreat at Juniper Meadows—what a perfect backdrop for healing and rediscovery!

From the moment Sadie arrives, the festive atmosphere pulls you in. I loved how she embraced the Twelve Days of Christmas program, allowing herself to make new connections and create cherished memories. It felt relatable and inspiring, especially as she navigates her own challenges.

Then there's Dylan Travers, a single father returning to his childhood home after years away. His struggle with family dynamics, particularly his estrangement from his father, adds a layer of depth to the story. The chemistry between him and Sadie is palpable, and their shared experiences make their connection even more compelling. As they both grapple with their pasts, it’s a joy to witness their personal growth and blossoming romance.

A Christmas family reunion forms the backdrop to this sweet, heartwarming second chance romance.

The prologue was most definitely not something you want to skip. It started this story off with a bang, with feelings of anger, sadness, and vindication all rolled into one. And it gave us the perfect introduction to Sadie and her frame of mind.

Sadie and Dylan were both such beautiful people who wholeheartedly deserved a second chance at love and happy-ever-after. Dylan’s reunion with his family was poignant and filled the pages with so much hope. In fact, this entire series can be summed up with that word – hope. Their romance was soft and gradual, and I loved every moment of them together, even with Sadie’s reservations.

This book has been an absolute pleasure to read. If you are looking for a closed-door romance that also centers around family, then this is the book for you. The books in this series each stand well on their own, but it’s worth starting at the beginning to get properly familiar with all the interesting characters.

Once again Sarah tells another story revolving round Juniper Meadows.
Sadie is a guest staying at the beautiful hotel for Christmas all alone after a traumatic break up, her children club together and buy her a fortnight away to be spoiled instead of running round after them all.
Dylan, the long lost brother of Ziggy, Zag and Stevie, makes his way home with his children ready to start reconnecting with his family and heal old wounds.
These two characters gel almost instantly, and along with some hilarious one liners from the children, start a friendship that turns to more.
It’s an easy going, warming story that is just as good as the others in this series and all the other books she’s written.

Oh poor Sadie, the start of this book I really felt for her.

I absolutely love the idea of not being home for Christmas. I am married and would of course go with my hubby but it would save having to think about the stress of cooking.

The Twelve Days of Christmas programme at Juniper Meadows is such a great idea. Sadie really deserves the break after the time she's had and this is the perfect place to relax and make new friends.

I love all of Sarah's books but this one in particular I love because of my want of being away for Christmas somewhere with my hubby, this isn't possible for us at the moment but it's so good to escape into a book that has basically described exactly the sort of thing I want.

I love Christmas, it’s my favourite, with the amount of Christmas books and Christmas theme stories I am reading at the moment, it’s no wonder I’m getting extra hyped up and eager to get into the swing of things and start watching tv movies too. Sarah Bennett is one of my favourite authors of romantic reads, so it wouldn’t be Christmas if I didn’t have a story of Sarah’s to read.

This is such a heartwarming read, after some upset for the characters they both need new beginnings, fresh starts and I loved how they connected from the start, there was clearly a spark between Sadie and Dylan from the get go. It was so wonderful watching them grow, but with the obstacles and difficulties in their path will they get their second chance at love, will they grab at it, no spoilers but you’ll have to read.

I loved the uplifting and feel good nature of this story, the tension of will they , won’t they, how are they going to …. It’s full of the seasons spirit, but also family, community, second chances, new beginnings and of course love. If you want to melt in front of a warm fireplace this Christmas, then Snow is Falling is the perfect prescription.

My Review:

This was a lovely, amusing, and heartwarming tale that kept me delightfully entertained and fully engaged from start to finish. The writing style was easy to follow yet insightful and observant with generous lashings of wry humor and inner musings while the characters navigated the dynamics of their familial complications. I enjoyed this one so much that I find myself greedy for the rest of the series.

Sadie is a wonderful character. Faced with moving on when she is in her middle years she is realistic in her outlook on life. Dylan lives in Florida and she can see no way in which she and Dylan can move forward with their burgeoning romance. I liked her for her practicality and down to earth characteristics but I was rooting throughout for her and Dylan to find a way.

This is a heartwarming and life affirming book and I enjoyed every page. The author is a skilled storyteller and this was wonderful to snuggle down with.

This was a joy to read. It has wonderful characters, a lovely plot and the setting was ideal. I highly recommend it.

This is the fourth, and final, book in the Juniper Meadows series from this author, and as the title suggests it is a lovely Christmassy story to wrap up the series. The stories in this series are set in the Cotswolds, on the Juniper Meadows estate where the Travers family have lived for centuries. The Manor House has been converted into a luxury hotel and spa and most of the extended family, all of whom are involved in running the various activities on the estate, now live in the large farmhouse. Each of the books has focused particularly on one member of the family. Luckily, the author has included a character list at the beginning of this book, which I found very useful as I read along. While each of the books can be read as a standalone, I would recommend reading each in turn as the collection makes a most enjoyable family saga.

This story centres on Dylan Travers, who has been estranged from the rest of the family after an unfortunate incident many years ago. He has been living in Florida for a long time, his ex-wife and children close at hand. His teen-aged children, Theo and Avery, have persuaded him to take them to stay at Juniper Meadows for their Twelve Days of Christmas holiday programme. While there, they meet Sadie Bingham, whose grow-nup children have gifted her the holiday. As the days go by, Dylan and his children grow closer to Sadie as they enjoy their stay at Juniper Meadows. Initially unsure of his feelings, Dylan also enjoys reuniting with the rest of the Travers family. However, at the end of the holiday, he and Sadie wonder what the future holds for them as they face returning to their lives so far apart.

It was great to return to Juniper Meadows and the amazing Travers family. This series has been so good that I have found myself waiting with anticipation for the each successive part to be released. Now I find myself wishing I could be joining in their wonderful festive programme. I was wondering which family member would be the focus of this book. It was a bonus to find that Dylan came with two wonderful children and that they invited Sadie, another loveable character, into their group. I am sure that anyone reading this book can’t fail to feel full of Christmas spirit by the end. I am going to miss Juniper Meadows and all the characters gathered there; I may well be returning to reread the books in the future.

Snow Is Falling is actually book number four from the Juniper Meadows series and is a perfect Winter romance full of festive goodness.

I absolutely loved being whisked away to the gorgeous, snowy Cotswolds and loved Juniper Meadows with its 12 days of Christmas festivities!

This book pulled me in right from the very beginning and it didn’t let me go again until i had turned every page and had finished it all.

I really, thoroughly enjoyed this book, it was such a festive, heartwarming, romantic, feel good read and left me with my heart full of goodness…….

Brilliant brilliant book. I loved the family the festiveness and the snow! This has great strong character’s, fun, festive feels and more. Sadie was fresh out of an unhappy marriage and Pete her ex had left her high and dry and ran off with a younger model. She’s sad and put on by her harridan of a mother. Her family adore her and club together to send her to juniper meadows to have the Christmas she deserves and to have some fun and relaxation.
She meets Dylan and his family who also are on eggshells as he returns to juniper meadows after many years away. They meet and sparks fly. This was just so lovely. I can’t wait to read more in the series. Thank you NetGalley for this arc in exchange for an honest review.
